I have one pair of each of the three stones coming. Anyone with experience with tips on where to try them? I have a bunch of ideas and welcome more.

Removed not expressive enough, that "where to try them" needs something really bad
millercarbon,

I just put all 6 stones on top of my power conditioner (CPT Equi=Core 300) that feeds all my components, works great.

Yeah this forum "misc-audio", is short for misguided audiophiles.

It just bazar that grown men can be so gullible as to believe in this        . They're probably all Scientologist or some weird cult, that one geoffkiat (forever gone) used to belong to that used to be the same here and now these            seem to have taken over from him.

Just wondering how long have you been waiting to receive your fuses.
I ordered 2 for my mono amps, received 1 after 5 days. It’s been more than 2 weeks now and still no second fuse.
thanks

Today I compared orange and yellow colors on Classe monoblocks (biamping medium/high) - a difficult choice. The Yellows won, but by a small margin. More dynamics and detail. But at medium frequencies, they are inferior in musicality to orange ones.
The following test is designed for Sotm UsbUltra and OCX10 (Paul Hynes SR5 power supply). At this point, the QSA easily blew away the orange SR in all aspects. Surprisingly, for the Lumin U1 (and the Paul Hynes SR5 power supply) I like orange now. I changed yellow to Purple, I will burn for a couple of days

@drpie ,

Interesting. I have a Classe CA2200 and CP800 preamp. I'm currently running Orange fuses in both.
As a mid-range fanatic, I guess I'll stick with what I have.
Thanks for the report.

@tsushima1, The entire tone of your post was derisional and of no positive contribution to the discussion at hand, If your your question was indeed rhetorical, that fact lends credence to this argument.

Trying to take over where somebody left off? Siberia is awful cold.

Stones are shipped expecting next week. Fuses are expected to ship next week, but could be the following week.

My orders always start with email to Mike at tweekgeek.com letting him know what I am looking for. He emails back what he has and when he expects to get in whatever he doesn't have. Then if I am okay only then does he send me a PayPal invoice.

There are other ways you can do it but this is the one from the tweekgeek website that I follow. It is a little unusual but it works great this way.

A few months ago I purchased a used pair of speakers from another Agon member.
To my surprise all the fuses were Orange fuses. I listened to them and then to satisfy my curiosity I replaced them with ordinary buss fuses and could not hear a difference.
I did this test with a bunch of friends and neither I or them could hear a difference. Kind of just says it all doesn't it?

To those non technical thinking of purchasing these $$$ fuses. Just save your $150+ and do this instead.

A fuse:
1: two end caps
2: short piece of fuse wire connecting the two end caps through a glass tube (that’s all she wrote).

To those "non technical" members that are interested in "maybe" wasting their money, do not listen to the non-technical, listen to the technicians of this industry that design the audio products you have and listen to. AND YOU WON"T SEE THEM ON THREADS LIKE THIS AGREEING WITH WHAT SAID HERE ABOUT THE SOUND IMPROVMENT DETAILS AND AC FUSE PLACEMENT DIRECTION, EVER!!!
Just clean and tighten your fuse holder and re-new your fuse (if old) with a good quality 50cent Bussman, Littlefuse or similar. As with "many switch-on surges" they do deteriorate, bend, stretch and get crusty with electrolysis formations on their fusible wire elements before they give out, as these pics show of a fuse wire element ageing over time show. https://ibb.co/9NbTwqK (even the $$$ boutique ones will age just as much also)

Cheers George
Just replaced light blue fuses in my mono blocks with yellow.
Wow! The improvement in SQ was obvious from the first notes.
The edges of notes became so much more sharp. The performances now stand out in a new and more beautiful way.
There is no question that the yellow QSA fuses are a bargain.
HOWEVER, the value of the red stones is highly questionable.
Trying them on my preamp power supply and power conditioner produced no change. Easy to hear and understand the value of the yellow fuses. They open up a bottleneck and, I think, increases voltage. But stones?? I went with reputation.
But think I will return the stones. Anyone have any reason what they work?
Hello MC
I received a group email from Mike on 9-2-21. He said that is how he will let everyone know when QSA fuses might be shipped. Mike said QSA is not that reliable on shipping.
‘Have not received anymore group emails since.
Didn’t want to bother Mike since  he said he would send email.
was just wondering are others getting their fuses since 9-2-21.
The fuses are for my mono amps so I need the other fuse to try them out.
Thanks

According to oregonpapa, our resident fuse expert and beta tester of a newly developed fuse, the QSA yellow fuse has a noticable thinness in the midrange.  His "golden eared" friend, without knowledge that he was listening to the QSA fuse, noted it also:.
Both ways, the QSA Yellow fuse sounded dynamic, transparent, went deep in the bass, but I still can’t get around that thin (for lack of a better word) midrange.

The last time he was over, I was just breaking in the first QSA Yellow fuse in the line stage. He heard the abnormalities in the midrange too, so we swapped out the fuse with the SR Orange fuse that was previously in the line stage ... and the music came back into focus
like before.
Based on the glowing testimonies from many of the other QSA users, one concludes that their systems may not be resolving enough to highlight this sound signature or ears good enough to hear it.  In any case, if it doesn't bother it appears the other sonic advantages over the SR fuses are enough to justify the QSA purchase price anyway.  Although some strive for a "magic midrange".

Funny you believe one person’s experience, but decide not to believe the 10 others that hear the improvement. Strange.
@grannyring ,
Obviously that guy has some mental/psychological problems.
Maybe he ate paint chips as a kid, I don’t know. I honestly think he's in a hospital with nothing better to do with his time than sit on the internet and fantasize about actually owning a hi-fi system.
If we all ignore him, maybe he’ll just move on. (We can hope, anyway.)

@coralkong, are you referring to me? If so, why don’t you PM me and we can continue this discussion offline, perhaps in person.

To be fair,
I don't see them on this thread disagreeing either.
@jetter,
No, man...lol....I wasn't referring to you.

Just the copy/paste king who keeps posting jibberish. :)

Happy Listening.
