Quantum Science Audio Thread

I like the QSA Blue more than the SR Orange. Less forced sounding, smoother, better mids and more at ease. This is in my tube hybrid integrated amp. I will stick with the Blue. Love it! Three of them in my Int amp.


May be gear synergy dependent. 

Funny you believe one person’s experience, but decide not to believe the 10 others that hear the improvement. Strange. 

Been using on/off breaker switches in my mods and gear for many years. Sounds better than a stock fuse. I learned the idea from Paul Weitzel of Tube Research Labs some 16 ears ago. Eaton Heinemann. Does it sound better than a QSA fuse? Don’t know as I never compared.

Did you give the purple fuse the needed 100-200 hours of burn in time before returning. I found they sound much better after just 24 hours and improve over the next 100 or so hours.
