I believe this has already been asked, but I don't remember seeing the answer.  Are people buying the exact same voltage ratings, or going up a notch or two as with the SR fuses?
Thanks
Definition:  What is quantum tunneling exactly?

Quantum tunneling is a phenomenon where an atom or a subatomic particle can appear on the opposite side of a barrier that should be impossible for the particle to penetrate.

Is this what SR is doing?  Wow
According to oregonpapa, our resident fuse expert and beta tester of a newly developed fuse, the QSA yellow fuse has a noticable thinness in the midrange.  His "golden eared" friend, without knowledge that he was listening to the QSA fuse, noted it also:.
Both ways, the QSA Yellow fuse sounded dynamic, transparent, went deep in the bass, but I still can’t get around that thin (for lack of a better word) midrange.

The last time he was over, I was just breaking in the first QSA Yellow fuse in the line stage. He heard the abnormalities in the midrange too, so we swapped out the fuse with the SR Orange fuse that was previously in the line stage ... and the music came back into focus
like before.
Based on the glowing testimonies from many of the other QSA users, one concludes that their systems may not be resolving enough to highlight this sound signature or ears good enough to hear it.  In any case, if it doesn't bother it appears the other sonic advantages over the SR fuses are enough to justify the QSA purchase price anyway.  Although some strive for a "magic midrange".
@coralkong, are you referring to me? If so, why don’t you PM me and we can continue this discussion offline, perhaps in person.
@coralkong,
You, me and Tommylion are the Northeast members of A'gon.  Vermont and New Hampshire 'philes.  Not a million of us here as far as I can tell.  For the record, I haven't experimented with fuses, between my preamp needing two, and my monoblocks, just not there yet.  But I just purchsed a Schitt Lokius and loving the ability it gives to fine tune.

Right now while listening through my rig, I am watching a show called North Woods Law, about New Hampshire game wardens doing their thing.  Serious at times and too funny at others.
Hey coralkong, I hear you.  George's postings roll off me like water off the back of a duck, except, when he insults Atmasphere (Ralph), a premier high end manufacturer.  In any technical disagreement Ralph has with George, George accuses Ralph of disagreeing to protect his market for his new class D amp coming soon.  From years of gratiously sharing his knowledge with us here, we see Atmasphere's integrity as off the charts.
When I told Mike the violet was already making me want to try a red he said in his opinion the biggest jump in performance among the fuses was going from violet to red.
Of course the fact that the price goes from $711 for the violet to $1,422 for the red and everyone makes at least twice as much on the sale has nothing to do with it.
