Look at Zero Surge.  Good quality products that are made in the US. 

I have used many in my audio journey.  Best in my opinion are Richard Gray Power Company components.

Tripplite 1800w power conditioner. I have a Furman power strip with RFI filtering ahead of it. The power conditioner also has added RFI filtering, plus voltage regulation for high or low voltage which will stress electrical components. I have great experience with this setup. 

I’m pretty much sold on the Puritan PSM156. Just need to find a used one.

Just fyi..but I have a Hydra 2 I'd be willing to part with - I used it with a 2 ch amp I no longer have.

Also- I did install a whole house surge protector as I'm in FL

 Here in Texas it cost $160 for the device

If you call Cable Company they will send you a box full of demo's that you can try in your system. Why guess?

Call Audience Audio.  They have a line of power as well as conditioners with magnetic circuit breakers.

Transparent power isolator. It has a hydraulic surge protector.

Very very heavy.

@atanarjuat99 Very cool, about the same cost in the US. Here in Texas it cost $160 for the device and $100 to install, have a friend that is a master electrician, took him less than 30 minuets to install. Installed one on the pool equipment also (separate box.) 

@foggyus91 100% endorsement of the Siemens whole house breaker. It only cost us three or $400 here in Canada. So probably cheaper in the US.

I installed a whole house surge protection and it was worth every penny. It is not nearly as expensive as people think and we installed the Siemens system.

The Isotek products are not supposed to limit current, but it probably depends on your power amp’s current draw. I have the Aquarius V5, with a low powered tube amp plugged in and it seems to be ok. I think if you check with a dealer like Upscale or TMR, they can advise you on the compatibility of the power strip with your particular amplifier.

The Puritan's are supposed to be very good 

Emotiva has a new one..You'll have to ask them if it is current limiting as the specs don't say..

My bad, I get what you’re saying now. You need a power strip with surge protection. Many good ones out there, Brickwall comes to mind. I have a Furman that works just fine but I will defer to others on that request.

i understand that but it doesn’t help me hook up my system when you only have one outlet and 5 components does it fix that issue too?  Just math here.

It protects every appliance and component in the house. Doesn’t involve any current limiting of those components.

Better to get a whole house surge protector that connects directly to your breaker box. This will avoid the protector from being in series with your components’ power line.

Yeah they don’t sell the smaller hydras

anymore. Would def buy used but hard to find. 

All Shunyata protectors are non current limiting.  I have 3 Shunyata Hydras in my main system, one of them has a McIntosh humongous 300 wpc amp plugged into it. 

I use a Panamax. I think I got off Amazon.
