i'm looking for something that may not exist
sam here & i'm looking for a small portable device like a small mp3 player that when you turn it on it makes all your digital audio sound like the finest first press vintage vinyl? has to be very portable & fit in your pocket with no cables to plugin to your phone or dac player.you simply turn it on & all your digital audio sounds like pure analog warm vinyl without the clicks, pops, scratches, surface noise, tracking errors, ect.& the volume control could be modified to act as a tone knob only unlike a simple bass, mid, treble, by adjusting the volume it would be like swapping out the phono cartridge to get that perfect sound every time.plus i don't want blue tooth so it has to work on the earths natural electromagnetic frequencies kind of like natures wifi? if this exist can someone let me know where i can buy one because i love the sound of vintage vinyl i just want the convenience of digital audio thanks guitar sam

Sam: Found something pocket sized... https://www.amazon.com/SWB-256-432Hz-Tuning-Fork/dp/B00H4973IC DeKay |
sam here and the sound i was going for is supernatural with the emphases on natural from the earth and this is going to be a wild ride for me as i start to think outside the box the ideas really start to flow now that i have incorporated teslas 3-6-9 into the mix this could get BIG? 1 man and his mind the possibilities are unlimited. i suppose your only crazy until you blow there minds.to go forward i have to go backwards.this is happening so fast i'm blowing my own mind. |
Happy New Year & Decade, y'all....*G*^5's*.... (Since absolutely nobody seems to be taking this thread seriously...) I hear there's a new player that plugs into your cortex via a plug installed at the base of your skull. The IAR (Implied Audio Resolution *Patent Pending*) is Unbelievable. The optional VR/AR plug-in will blow your mind...literally... However...(and you know, there always is One..).... If you don't put your bill on AutoPay....(....AND....Don't complain about the $ involved...Oh, No....Don't!...seriously.....) You may find yourself surrounded by people you don't know.... Doing 'Something' you've Never done before..... Somewhere you've Never been...and have no clue as to where you are... ...and No idea as to how you've gotten there....or, how to escape... *G* This is Precisely WHY you really ought to read the fine print on those contracts that you ignore, and just *click* on.... BTW....The CTC (Contract Termination Clause) usually requires you to surrender all of your major organs and allow your head to be used for the pending 'head transplant experiments' (no guarantee of success, so...*shrug*).... So...If you've ever had the desire or fantasy of waking up virtually *ah* 'Elsewhere'.....in the pursuit of 'Audio Nirvana"....?! I'll send you the contract. You can sign it digitally. (No...you can't 'back out'...nor elude our....'agents'...) They Will find you. It won't be pretty. *nasty, evil laughter* Welcome to the NueDecade. ;) |
sam here & after some more testing i made an improvement on the sound here is the new audio sample with the device turned on comments please https://www80.zippyshare.com/v/FUlVy6rj/file.html |
Difficult to find as they are no longer manufactured, but well worth the effort/search. Just squeeze it once at the beginning of each track. http://www.jimbosworld.org/sections/scrapbook/pockettrout.jpg DeKay |
This is what you need - plus Qobuz/Tidal hi-res subscription. Although - not exactly, but this is the closest you will get for now. https://www.sony.com/electronics/walkman/nw-wm1z |
sam here thanks for all the input & after a bit of research & experimentation i believe i have the sound i’m looking for.it turned out to be harder to get something to work in real time for live streaming ect,.i’m using an mp3/flac player as the temporary housing until i can construct something permanent.because i’m using the earths natural magnetic frequencies i don’t need cables or blue tooth as the sound is naturally wireless. i’m including a couple of audio before/after samples to get some feedback on weather you can even hear a difference as i might be experiencing the placebo effect? & if you do hear a difference is it an improvement or do i need to do some more tweaking to the sound to get it just right. Sounds viable. You seem to have a good idea, how do you get it done? See if if it is possible with todays available technology. Develop your prototype. Search for a partner. Digital Amplifier Company has used a crowd/site source buy in for their ILM Cherries. Or try Schitt Audio. They are both in SoCal. Use the forums for your R&D of the need or use of this product. Would I use it? No, however I would buy it for the grandkids or great grandkids. Good luck. |

I’m not a vinyl guy. I also don’t do much in the way of portable listening but I have been out of town, visiting the wife’s clan, using a Bluetooth headphone and a planar magnetic headphone that is tethered to my digital player, and I am in a reflective mood about portable audio. Sam, I think that all you can ask of a digital player is that it faithfully retrieve the data in the digits and convert into sound. Your requirement for wireless limits you to Bluetooth. I therefore recommend you get a portable player with really good Bluetooth performance, and good Bluetooth headphones or buds to match. My head phones are Sony WX1000 and I use an LG VX50 cellphone as my player. I am happy with it but not sure that the goal you describe is what I am hearing |
sam here & i have posted this on several sights & people either think i'm being a smart a** or i'm just to
Unknowledgeable
to understand the magnitude of what i'm asking for? as if it's completely out of the realm of possibilities to develop just such a device? & yes i am aware that dac players have come a long way at bridging the gap between digital & analog however i'm looking for a different sound that is hard to describe but i will know it when i hear it. it's like looking at a 4k hi-res copy of a famous work of art compared to the original. i guess i'm going to have to make one myself? i imagine this will take a good week to complete as i will need to do some research but the reward hopefully will be worth the trouble. i will keep you posted friends |
