Best divorce album?

The wife and I are listening to Springsteen's "Tunnel of Love" lp and were wondering what other stellar albums of separation or divorce you can think of?

So far we have

Lenny Kravitz - Mama Said
Suzanne Vega - Songs of Red and Gray
Tears for Fears - Raoul and the Kings of Spain

Any other memorable lp's detailing and addressing the artist's relationship dissolution?

(fyi: my wife and I are doing fine)

vinylvalet, I love Dear Jill for the slide guitar and the clarinet solo...and it's one of the 'cleanest' takes IMHO and ears.  Likely a remaster, but nicely done.

Mingus' Tijuana Moods I believe was recorded on the heels of a visit to the charming border town and in the wake of a divorce and served to inspire a cathartic homage of a relationships demise capturing a particularly vibrant artistic peak with TJ serving as the thematic backdrop to what I’m pretty sure was one hell of a time and is with out doubt a fabulous recording. I can only imagine TJ, mid 50's-donkey show anyone. Oh and SpeakersCorner reissue is tatas!!
Ding-Dong! The Witch Is Dead, composed by Harold Arlen, with the lyrics written by E.Y. Marburg
Chris Isaac - Forever Blue.  Haunting and depressing as every song seems to be about lost love.

+1 - Haitian Divorce

She's Gone - Hall & Oates

Nice thread, quick answers, I don't have to read a lot :)
How about "Get Out of My Life, Woman" by Lee Dorsey, covered by the late, greats Allen Toussaint and Jerry Garcia?
I agree with the suggestion of Richard and Linda Thompson's "Shoot Out the Lights", but also take a listen to the post-split, follow-up release by just Richard - "Hand of Kindness."  Tracks like "Tear Stained Letter", "A Poisoned Heart and a Twisted Memory", and "How I Wanted To", among others put it all right out there.   (Richard Thompson has written plenty of sad relationship songs over the years, but his music has gotten me through plenty of ups and downs over the years.)  If you're unfamiliar with him, start exploring!!
Songs:
'Long Distance Love' by Little Feat
'Walk Away' by the English Beat
Album:
Joshua Judges Ruth - Lyle Lovett
They're Coming to Take Me away,  Ha Ha Hee Hee Ho Ho.

Sorry, that was just one weak single.   True after the lawyers get through with you however.
Believe it or not-- Kenny Logins. Leap of Faith.
Soeaks directly to divorce and its consequences and reasons. Helped w mine.
Musically and lyrically more than you might expect.

Go Your Own Way  -  Fleetwood Mac
Sorrow  -  David Bowie
50 Ways to Leave Your Lover  -  Paul Simon
Somebody That I Used To Know  -  Goyte
Whipping Post - Allman Brothers

Great call on Dear Jill. That first Pig album is a full on classic; not a stinker in the bunch. We covered two songs from that album in a band from my younger days. I would switch from keyboards to sax for those.

*G* Not familiar with the rest of the album...heard 'Blue' on a Euro streamcaster that I like to listen to (all the commercials are in a language I don't speak nor understand, so they're not annoying) and snatched it with Spotify.  My 'collection' is a mass of vinyl, cassettes, cd's, and 'selections' gathered by what suits my fancy and mood.  All genres, Laurie Anderson through F. Zappa, which most of y'all would find weird or disturbing....

I was born and raised in S. CA, so I have an excuse of sorts...;)
@asvjerry Good call on the Jayhawks' song. Isn;t that the same album that had "I'd Run Away"? That's a tear-jerker.

And I've been listening to that Beck album since it came out and never realized it was a breakup album, though it makes perfect sense now that you mention it.
Is Harry Nilsson’s "You’re Breaking My Heart" a divorce song? Seriously…I can’t post the lyrics here, but I recommend looking ’em up to see why.

Brilliant Disguise - Bruce Springsteen
Strangers When We Meet - The Smithereens
Blue - The Jayhawks
Say Something - A Great Big World
What Is This Love -Blue Rodeo (Turn up the 1st min. to 'test' your subs)
Dear Jill - Blodwyn Pig

...just to name a few 'love gone sour' selections that I like.  BTW, spouse and I are into Year 38...*G*

I've never been divorced but have had a few breakups.
The Cure Kiss me kiss me kiss me.
The Cure Disintegration
Tortured painful. A roller coasters of emotion. +3 on beck sea change
Finally Pink floyd the Wall
Another Classic is by Beck-   Sea of change.   No question about it ,

another is from Rock  classic band  Nazareth. hair of the Dog
songs like love hurts and the last bitchin song  I actually gave to my ex when
we first met and told her to listen closely ,she got pissed after hearing it. But it turned out  she did like the song - Please don't Judas me !!
Without question    Grace of my heart from Elvis Costello  is a  classic and song God give me strength won a few Grammy awards.   This one goes right to the core  !!
Phases and Stages, Willie Nelson--tells it from both sides, as does the aforementioned Shoot out the Lights (equally great)

At least a couple of Elvis Costello albums--Imperial Bedroom, as well as Blood & Chocolate. About as between the eyes lyrically as one can get, and some pretty terrific music and musicianship. The Mofi vinyl reissues are pretty fabulous IMO!
