Renaming The Forum

With way too much time of late, I’ve taking to reading numerous discussions on this site.

There are many great topics, information & debate but it seems that content is dwindling, possibly with everyone having to much time on their hands?

That said, I would like to offer the suggestion of renaming the forum the "Audiogong Show"

Any votes?

Let your smile be your umbrella ...                              but don't get a mouthful of rain.
I would say 71gto455ho (killer muscle btw) is being quite restrained in his wording.
Don't move yet there's an idiot running things, anything is possible, nothing is probable and all done with absolutely no class !!

Hi, i myself, realy like this site, serious threads, joking threads, and of  course the shite , that you get on all site's, I am in england, but you guy's seem to take hifi to another level, and i like that, price, size, and commitment seems to have no limit, in the USA, and JAPAN, you might also like to know when i go to Thailand big hifi shops and nuts there also, worth a google, england is so expensive, also at 240v, we need to get gear converted, but 240v is better than 110v, for power, also the metric system is sooo much better than imperial, if i was in power this would be my greatest  achievement to get the usa into the 20th century and go metric,
I would just like to state for the record that it was never my intention to incur any ill will against the
administration at Audigon, quite the opposite actually.
The admin have always been upstanding in any dealings that I’ve had with them.
There have been some negative comments made in this forum but it was not my intention to stir those up.
With these comments in mind, it leads me right back to the title of "Renaming The Forum".

... I think admin does an admirable job here, they have helped me with issues numerous times. Not quite sure why people here who openly criticize their actions and style and the way the forum is run bother to keep posting ...
I agree completely. Those who repeatedly criticize the admins seem to share a rather special political agenda that they enjoy inserting into discussions about audio or music. Claiming nefarious moderation of the moderators suits their world view.
Personally I think admin does an admirable job here, they have helped me with issues numerous times.

Not quite sure why people here who openly criticize their actions and style and the way the forum is run bother to keep posting in all honesty.
If you don't like it don't let the door hit you on the way out.....
WHY AUDIOPHILES NEED KIT,
great name just deselect some letters to lower case, ;-0
...everything else I can think of gets either very rude or insanely obscene....

"...I'm just a nasty narrow-minded jade...."

We're a 'odd lot' @ the auction...

"Item 6SicSick....a box of mixed nutz....

Opening bid: a used Q-tip..."

My system can beat up your system

The emperor’s new system

Every “ expert” needs a disciple
I meant to also mention, it would be nice for those who enter the discussions who are dealers.  Obviously, they are going to talk about the gear they sell and how great they are.
I get tired about hearing how great their Magies are.  There are much better choices out there.
Angst Audio
Box Botox
Digital Dilemma
Capacitance Chaos
Digital Dilemma
Electro Enema
Finesse Follies
Grating Grado
(..chime in anytime...Stop me before I synth some more....) *L*
Now that you mention it . . with the comments here that lament how aged the audiophile population is and younger people not seeming so interested . . . that this forum would be named,

Audio-gon(e)    !!
Audible Groans

No Mic’d Nights

DACv.nill...Dismayed Audio Collaborates,virtual.nil

...and then there’s the ones’ that would Really Rile the admins....;)

Doesn’t need a new name. Just needs new management.
Really! That’s going to go down well with admin.

I think they do a great job, save for not being even more severe on all the BS voodoo, snake oil threads.
