tomcarr if you use balanced interconnects and select the variable outputs, the output is 16 volts. Your amp(s) will be loafing. Less attenuation  required for a given sound pressure level. When amps work easier the sound is better. That's not ...
Mesa Engineering Baron vacuum tube power amplifier
I was not aware that the Baron was Mesa’s penultimate amplifier, @porchlight1. What amplifier did they manufacture after the Baron?

stephenjfoster I simply try to sort out the sensible folks from the delusional and stopped going to church when I was 18. I pretty much read these topics for laughs and to figure out who to ignore. So you're a self-confessed troll.

Home network router question
emergingsoul I have a have modem hardwired to a router with various Ethernet cables feeding to network switches. I have one audio grade network switch that has an ethernet cable running to my streamer. That's exactly what I do, although I'...
PayPal Friends & Family listings. Why is this becoming so common?
lalitk I am curious, all those opposing F&F option, would you be willing to pay PayPal fee? Probably, although the preference for F&F would be a red flag for me. But I may not be typical because I don't often buy used equipment.
