Qobuz Issues?


I am not able to log into Qobuz.  Anyone else experiencing issues?

Must be regionalized outage. Fair number of complaints over on reddit/qobuz about it but I been running fine through roon and the qobuz app all day. num saying

 

From what I can make out over on Reddit, N.America seems to be fine; it's the UK and Western Europe that's gone down. Oh well, Radio Paradise, here we come 🥳 could be worse

Mexico was out as well. Be interesting to know if they have hardware installations that are partitioned by region internally.  Have trouble with a server room and lose specific regions across the globe

No issues here since 5:30PM EST which is when I fired the system up first today.

They might have broke it with an update.  One user reported rolling back to a previous version via testflight and got it working. 

I haven't had an issue. I always accept the updates. I've had a couple of them within the last week but no problem with the service. I had a monster listening session last night and another nice one tonight!

I still can't login via Sense, the Qobuz app throws an error up when trying to login. I can access my account via www. but nothing else

It’s odd I too had the problem but when I went and logged back in through Roon 

no issues, it has to be a program glitch did you email them ?

I was finally able to login to the Qobuz app again, but not through Sense. I had to uninstall Sense, access the Zen Mini via web (my.innos.com) and was able to log in to Qobuz again. I then reinstalled Sense, 30 mins to re-update my Qobuz library and good to go.

Such a relief, I thought I would be without Qobuz for mine and Mrs Painter's Friday booze and Jazz evening 🥳🥳🥳

USA here. Experienced issues with Qobuz as well yesterday, late am. Some songs would not play and jump randomly to another. Thought it was an issue with Innuos sense. It was all fixed early pm.

I think we are all clear now.  Thanks everyone - it caused me to update my payment information on Qobuz (always a hassle when a new card is issued :) so something positive came of it.  Appreciate the community support.
