Anyone having shipping issues with Viva Tubes

Have done business with Viva Tube through their ads on e-bay and their website about 6 to 7 times with great results. Enjoy the music

Never always shipped on time and arrived in 3 days. 

It's only Thursday, I wouldn't panic. Maybe they just don't do shipping every day.

I purchased some tubes for my phono stage from Viva. Since they don't have a low noise testing option like, for example, TubeDepot, I specified that I needed a low noise pair when I placed the order. When the tubes arrived I found them too noisy for phono section use. I emailed them and never received a response. Won't be using them again.

I've ordered many tubes from TubeDepot and only recall one issue. They responded immediately and resolved the issue at no cost to me. For NOS, my experiences with Brent Jesse have been similarly been positive.

For all the good comments I have heard about Viva Tubes I had a poor result with them in my only purchase.  I ordered a Russian NOS matched pair of preamp tubes.  It took several days to ship them and when they arrived they looked very used and they tested very unmatched in the 70-80%’s.  They immediately accepted my return and I received a full refund for tubes and shipping upon return delivery.  Maybe buying new production tubes would be a better result.  Once again I am glad I own a tube tester.

I've bought from Viva Tubes several times.  All new production tubes.  All have been brand new and tested very high on my tester and sounded superb. Very pleased so far.

I've also had very good luck with the Tube Depot.

I've had no problem with Viva Tubes and I live in Australia.

I've had 4 or 5 successful dealings with them....no issues.

Yes the lager may be made but they take and ship orders as they come in 

it could take 24 hours after to ship ,by end of the 2 nd day they will be shipped.

USPS decided the shortest path between Ma and Pa was through Grand Rapids Michigan. Good times

I've ordered from them several times and have always received top notch customer service.

However, there was one order where USPS thought the quickest route from MA to WI was via Fresno, CA.....
