I purchased two Aurender a1000’s. They are nice units, but I sent two emails to support@aurender.com over the last few weeks and have received *zero* response (I checked junk mail as well). Is there a better way to contact them, or is their customer service just completely unresponsive? It's very disappointing considering I just spent $7k with them.
In North America, technical support is also available via phone at 888-367-0840.
If you have a sales inquiry, please email our Sales Department at "sales@aurender.com". Please IGNORE the word ’sales’ and send your issue to this email address.
I checked the updated software and it still doesn't address the issues. And still, *no response* from Aurender after 5 attempts to reach out in various ways. Terrible.
I found Aurender support to be hit or miss so don’t feel alone. Never did get a response through the app so I would email directly. With direct emails responses would normally come in a couple of days.
They also have an official Aurender discussion forum over on audiophilestyle under MUSIC SERVERS. I know Aurender's tech support hangs out there and have answered my questions before.
There’s a Conductor app upgrade in the app store. Try it and see if it resolves your issue with disabling Spotify.
As to selecting a streaming service upon starting the app I personally don’t see a big deal about it but you can submit a new feature request.
Just an update. I sent a support request through the app and also sent annother email (a total of three) a week ago. Nothing. Sorry but Aurender customer support is a zero from my perspective. I’m sort of pissed.
To send a remote support request for your Aurender device:
1. Open the Aurender App on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings and then to the Help tab.
3. Press the “Send Remote Support Request” button.
4. Ensure your device is connected to the Internet and describe your issue in detail if prompted.
They should respond to a remote request. LMK.
Or, To email Aurender customer support, send an email to support@aurender.com. This is the primary contact method for technical support, and they typically respond within one business day. For North American customers, you can also call their support line at 888-367-0840, which is available Monday-Friday from 9am to 6pm MST.
Please let me know your response. I would like to have the ability to auto select Qobuz and disable internet radio. On my conductor, Spotify is disabled. Thanks
To send a remote support request for your Aurender device, follow these steps:
1. Open the Conductor App and connect it to your Aurender unit.
2. Navigate to Settings > Help.
3. Select Send Remote Support Email.
4. Change the email subject to include your company name and specify it as a Roon Ready SYSO upgrade request.
5. Describe your issue in detail within the email and send it.
Ensure your device is powered on and connected to the internet for engineers to access it remotely.
To set Tidal or Qobuz as the default source in the Aurender Conductor app, follow these steps:
1. Open the Conductor App on your device.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Look for Default Music Source or similar options.
4. Select either Tidal or Qobuz as your preferred default source.
After this setup, the app should remember your selection each time you open it, eliminating the need to reselect your source every time.
To email Aurender customer support, send your inquiry to support@aurender.com. For sales-related questions, you can reach out to sales@aurender.com. If you prefer phone support, you can call Aurender America at (888) 367-0840 during business hours.
1 - I cannot disable Spotify under the streaming options. I just get this (below) but cannot disable it. How can I do this? [also, is there any way to disable Internet Radio?]
2 - Every time I open Conductor I need to re-select Tidal or Qobuz as my source. How can I have Conductor just keep that selection as a default so I don’t need to do this every time?
Thanks,
Jeff
Spotify is enabled, yet I cannot shut it (see second screenshot)
No option to disable (below) when I click on Spotify (above)
