Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Mahogany Blue-Love Zone(MCAD-10266 1993) An under appreciated genre(R&B) kicks off Friday night vinyl.

The Who - Who’s Next the Life House super deluxe edition.  Great for listening and breaking in new equipment with 10 CDs.

Diane Schuur-Music Is My Life(Atlantic 83150-2 CD 1999) A very overlooked musician/vocalist jumpstarts Friday night vinyl.

Diana Krall-Live In Paris(CD 2002)

Warren g-regulate... g funk era(CD 1994 Japanese pressing)

Both great content recordings with Krall being a "mocked " Audiophile recording by far too many so called music lovers. Sunday night vinyl proceeds for this music lover.

Grateful Dead - the Music Never Stopped.  Songs from their upcoming 60th anniversary box set.

Stacey Kent-The Boy Next Door(CD 2003) An elegant way to kick off Friday night vinyl.

King Crimson 'Larks tongue in Aspic'

I am a latecomer to KC, just really getting into them the last couple of years.  This recording is fantastic IMHO.  Instrument separation, dynamics, tone, it has it all.  A real in the studio feel to me.  Some might say 'organic'.  Really makes even my very modest system shine!  Even if your not a KC fan, give it a good listen.
