Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Nina Kotova-ST(CD) Philips 289 462 612-2. Sets an elegant and tasteful standard for Friday night vinyl.

Badfinger. Some songs sound like the Beatles but may actually be better!

A very underrated group! IMHO.

Susan Tedeschi - Live from Austin Texas (2004)

Recordings taken from Austin City Limits broadcasts.  Susan and her bandmates were absolutely on fire!  Angel from Montgomery is great, of course, but many other fine performances too such as Lost Lover Blues.  My favorite of her recordings prior to Tedeschi Trucks Band.

Angela Winbush-ST(CD)

Pete Escovedo-Flying South(CD)

Megadeth-Rust In Peace(CD Japanese pressing)

Bill Evans-Live In Tokyo(CD Japanese pressing)

Superstar Country Hits(CD MCA 314 545 203-2)

A very early start for Thursday night vinyl. All these recordings have top level SQ and content.

Nancy LaMott-Beautiful Baby(CD) An elegant and classy way to jump start Friday night vinyl.
