Perfect Path Technologies: Omega E mat
I’m curious about this product from Perfect Path Technologies and would like to hear from those that have experience with it. I’ve bought and used the Total Contact enhancer and like what it does for my system so I’m interested in hearing how this Omega E mat performs.

I think we need to come to grips with the fact technology is advancing very quickly in all aspects of our lives. This is especially true with electronics and audio reproduction. Companies are working on a long list of graphene based products including transistors, batteries, optics and solar cells to name just a few. Its not a leap of logic to think a proprietary graphene paste can help electronic signals or that it can be mixed with other materials to manipulate the spin of electrons in electronics or stabilize EM fields. There are a number of audio companies using variations of these technologies in their products. What they charge for them and whether they work is for the market to determine. Personally, I purchased PPT products, determined they work as claimed and didn't send them back. If a person doesn't want to do that or decides differently that's fine. Lets just try to be adults and be respectful of each other. |
Some of the worst logic ever. “I won’t try the product for free to learn if they work as described but I know this thread is totally fake as these positive claims can’t possibly be as good as stated”. Huh? So those that have never tried the product know better than those of us that have and therefore our positive claims are fake? Why do such people even waste their time on this ‘fake’ thread? It’s sad and says more about their motives than those of us enjoying the benefits of Tim’s products. |
Fleschler. I would agree that "additive" is a perfect descriptor for the cards/mats. Transformative is a little strong and not a word I have ever used. I can hear a difference with and without them and the difference with is well worth the cost to my ears, a better improvement in sq than the addition of SR Blue fuses and ac duplex. Of course that is to my ears in my system. When funds allow a few more mats/cards will be purchased. I have no idea if Elizabeth is amiable in private discourse and will likely never find out, we do not appear to have any common ground and that is fine, everybody is entitled to their own opinions but there are ways and means to express those and limits as to what is right to state when a persons business could suffer without any first hand knowledge. That remains my largest issue with people who come here and knock the products and have not tried and even refuse to try when a sample is offered for free! I still have trouble understanding that....... |
<3 www.perfectpathtechnologies.com <3 Please take me up on Tim's offer, one free Alpha card to try, just need your address. <3 603-203-4486. <3 <3 Hate less....live longer. ;) <3 <3 ~Krissy |
I posted this on another forum. Elizabeth in private chat is very amiable. I don't know why she doesn't want to try an E-Mat for free. To others: I've tried the thickest, heaviest magnetic kitchen mats and they do zilch, nothing, nada to the sound or picture. Go ahead and experiment as I did. It cost me bupkis to try a half dozen. One E-Mat on the main power panel-wow! Try it, I recommend it (instead of TC at half the price) as it is refundable/returnable. It is not transformative in my system with even a dozen mats. It is comparable to adding two pairs of Hallographs or superior cabling, or even superior speakers. It is additive to my system's already great sound (well, very good without the mats). That's without TC, just the mats. On the high end big screen TV, it is also additive to both picture and sound, not transformative. Much more enjoyable. |
Wolfgang Puck Confirms Corruption at SoCal Better Business Bureau
http://www.grubstreet.com/2013/03/wolfgang-puck-better-business-bureau.html
The Southland chapter of the Los Angeles Better Business Bureau was reportedly expelled Tuesday from the national organization in the aftermath of a high-profile scandal. https://www.inc.com/samuel-wagreich/los-angeles-bbb-chapter-expelled-from-national-organization-due-... Basically, the BBB extorts A ratings from businesses. Puck had no comments or ratings by customers yet only received a B- BBB rating. BBB is unreliable. |
Food for thought, As stated in an earlier post. I thought I needed to buy a new CD player to get rid of the grain that a speaker upgrade exposed in my system. I auditioned a Rega Saturn R ($3k) for a week and it did just that. I considered a purchase within a month. However, by just adjusting the E mat, that was already (in place on the cd transport/dac that had already improved the bass, detail, PRaT ($500.00), to cover the stock umbilical to the power supply and that solved the harsh grain problem. i puchased a set of e cards to intensify the effect ($300.00). It did. My mathematics says that because I am so “diluted” that I saved $2,2000. Wow I love being brainwashed.😅😂🤣 Now back to enjoying the music. rc |
Elizabeth ... With all due respect, you’re mistaking enthusiasm for "fake praise," and "fake love." No one in this entire lengthy thread ever made the assertion of "perfection." Perfection would only be attained with live musicians in the room. On your position that only 44 people have bought the products doesn’t take into consideration those sales that have been made off-line and in private, and not through A’gon. Also, many of those sales you speak of consisted of multiples of E-Mats, E-Cards, and tubes of TC. Take it for what it’s worth ... Tim isn’t hurting for business. In fact, it just continues to grow ... and quickly. Why? Because his ideas are revolutionary and really make a significant improvement, even in modest systems like mine. Tim is working on more products as the ideas occur to him. Products to be released down the line are true game-changers. I had A’gon member mribob over tonight for a listening session. His speakers alone cost more than my entire system. His would be known here as a "Mega System to Die For." If he’s true to form, he’ll be posting tonight’s experience here soon. Stay tuned. Frank PS: Of course I have an above average percentage of posts in this thread. 1. I’m retired and have a lot of time on my hands. 2. I have acquired friends here. 3. I have to keep fending off the danged naysayers. *lol* :-) |
@elizabeth, the endless love for PPT is because these are breakthrough products that have transformed our systems. Read that StereoTimes review--same conclusion. And what is this 44 sales number? Find the PPT website. You've made some big purchases lately and feel that your system is where you want it---fine---we all felt that way--until PPT. Now, our systems sound as they should. Your task is to read back and find out why PPT does this for a system. The clues are there. |

I got quite behind on my Audiogon threads and just finished reading the last couple pages of posts. I find it hard to understand the angst from the detractors. You have been offered free merchandise to try and some of you have rejected that! and now you're bitchin' about the PPT products you refused to try? Wow. I have treated my connections with TC and have three E Mats and 1 alpha card. Putting two of the E Mats inside the electrical service improved the noise floor of my stereo but also the UHD TV! It was so transformative there that I had to readjust the picture settings to accommodate to the new reality. Are those of you who are detractors simply in need of something to be pissed about? Try politics. I'm sure there is plenty to get upset about there. Why attack a guy who is producing products that purchasers have universally found to increase their enjoyment music? Why? |
Maplegrovemusic. Understand and hear you. It took me quite a while to be able to fund the green to pay for my first order but Tim had been kind enough to send me a couple of ecards foc. After a few weeks of hearing what just a couple of the little guys could do I was hooked and ponied up. I wish I could afford a lot more but one step at a time. |
oldtech0sez ...
Nope, I believe you suffer from delusions of grandeur and see yourself as Capitan America. You know, the saintly chap with the superior intellect, garnered at a college that sets you above the Great Unwashed, while you go around saving the world from all of those boogymen who prey on the uninformed, the weak, the women, the less fortunate in society ... and especially those who may want to spend their own money on what you see as bunk. Advice? Yes, take a long look into the mirror and have a genuine heart to heart talk with yourself. Ask yourself the question of why it is that you have such an inflated sense of importance. At this point, I won’t get into the psychological reasons that some people find pleasure in attempting to destroy the dreams of other’s, or take pleasure in burning viable businesses down ... or keying luxury cars left unattended in parking lots. We can cover all of that later if you continue to persist in your negative, offensive diatribes. Now, please ... try to be a good citizen and treat folks with respect on these forums. Thanks ... Looks like there have been 44 sales here on Audiogon . I think all 44 customers are posting here . Not quite taking over the world yet . The price is the biggest obstacle . If he can lower the price I bet he would have more sales . Higher volume sold ,less profit per sale might be the way to go . Is this product manufactured by Perfect Path ? or is it a repackaged item from another industry ? I am seriously interested in trying it , but the price is cost prohibited . |
^^^ Ah, and once again, The One who sees himself as Captian America, with the patriotic duty of skipping from an audio site to audio site, in an effort to save the Great Unwashed from blowing their money on scams and snake oil. Keep up the comedy routine, oldtech, its quite entertaining. I was wondering, what's your advise on power cords and aftermarket fuses? Frank |
This is devolving into a bunch of insults. Not necessary. Oldtech ... what is your intent here? I'm beginning to think you may be a friend of a competitor, or perhaps the competitor himself. You wouldn't happen to be making magic plug-in devices by any chance, would you? Or, maybe you're that Mad guy who lives in Australia? Hmm, come to think of it, I've never seen both of you in the same place at the same time. Curious ... very curious ... Frank |
I never said he WOULD give his game away if contacted directly at all. Only said it might be a possibility if you asked direct, really have no idea tbh. Must have missed your magnetism bit, was probably thinking of a.n.other who did not and then went on a rant here about it. My apologies. Very good question Oldtech, who IS Scott Earnshaw indeed? |
Err uberwaltz. Did you notice I acknowledged the magnetism non-issue in my Spintronics comment? I mean hey, it's right there...I'd rather solicit explanations in this forum as it simplifies things and reveals so much about Timmy's Athletic Supporters, as the responses include a lot of baggage that I'm NOT addressing in my most recent query ("just another fool parted from his money so be it"...like that). The paradox you provide of him not wanting to give his game away EXCEPT if he's contacted directly is silly, but hey...I know you have to try some tactic to dissuade skeptics you claim not to care about...I get it...I do... |
Err Wolf. Sorry but it has been established a LONG time ago that the " magnetic" part of the mat has NOTHING to do with its action whatsoever. As to the why and wherefore, that has also been established that atm it is Tim product secret that he is not at liberty to divulge to the general public. I for one do not truly know or care and if you consider that as just another fool parted from his money so be it as I do not give a rats derriere what anybody else thinks. Now I honestly do not know how much he could explain without giving his game away, why do you not just direct message him and find out? |
So again, the question regarding the $500 magnetic mat, "how and why does it work?" remains unanswered, and nobody even tries to address this question ("Spintronics" certainly doesn't as allegedly the magnetic properties of the mats aren't where the "magic" happens). Give me a reasonable answer to this question and maybe I'll try one myself! |
Frank, Sorry to disappoint but that is a no. Keep on thinking though. Could be an unknownst to me twinner perhaps? Maybe an ex wife? Jilted lover? Calling any fanboy out on these threads is a public service not trolling. Any technical updates? Links to MSDS database? Submittals to Underwriters Laboratory? Cmon Frank, spill it. |
