Been listening to some older jazz recordings of Hank Mobely. Fantastic. Goes great with Balvenie Double Wood single malt which Costco here has for $37!
Rock - Dogfish head 90 minute IPA Classical or laid back Jazz - a nice red (Don Melchor cab is a good one) Big band - Gin and tonic with a squeeze of fresh lime. Salsa - Milagro tequila with 1/2 an orange and lime with a splash of Cointreau.
Hands down the best beer in the world to me. If you folks havent tried it and can get it, I would give it a try. coming from the northwest I like my beer a bit hoppy.

Great less thick beer and it's not as hoppy and very smooth.

@Tigmag1, your post inspired me to get some Blantons and it is very good, very unique. If you like single barrel, you should try Balvenie 15 single barrel, best dollar for dollar scotch you can get.
