Best drink while listening to your rig?

Your favorite...
single malts?
beers?
wines?

For me (at the moment; subject to change in mood):
Single malt: Lagavulin
Beer: Westmalle Trippel
Wine: geessh... Caymus Cab? Nautilus Savignon Blanc (NZ)
128x128cpdunn99
Good beer. Just about anything from Deschutes Brewery. Can't wait for the Cinder Cone!
Has no one mentioned an older Calvados and a piece of dark chocolate? If out of Calvados, try a Moscato Grappa.
Gkella must be a person of quality and class . I second his C.R. and coke or red wine . Fi and rye what else do you really need ?
Single Malt: Caol Ila 12 (affordable, available and awesome)

Beers - Winter: Youngs Double Chocolate Stout Summer: Hoegarden

Wine: Not much experience, but I've enjoyed a few nice petite sirahs

Cheap and dirty party starter: Four Loko Lemonade!
I'm not a liquor guy, but I enjoy a few different brews.

Sierra Nevada - Pale Ale, Porter, and Stout
Beamish Stout
Cooperstown Brewery - Old Slugger Pale Ale, Strikeout Stout, Benchwarmer Porter
Otter Creek - Stovepipe Porter

There are a ton of great craft brews out there, but these are my staples.

If I had to pick one? I guess Sierra Nevada Porter. Not a fair question though!
Chocolate Milk!
At room temperature, of course.
If I drink my favorite local beer, (Kilt Lifter from 4 Peaks Brewery), I just fall asleep.

* At 55, I just can't drink beer daily with dinner, like I did growing up in Milwaukee.......
Stone India Pale Ale, which is a very hoppy brew. The Stone brewery is about 10 miles from where I live.
.
Chivas Regal or Johnnie Walker Black. Either one of those on ice with a little ginger ale gets it done for me. Any good cognac will work also.
.
Actually I rarely drink beer when I listen to music but when I do I prefer Dos XX(green bottle) because I am the most fasinating man in the world
bottle of Georges Duboeuf beaujolais nouveau goes with a nice afternoon listening session
Single malt and a good IPA at the same time is great, too. Like cookies and milk.
Custom made soda. Fresh fruit juice off the local trees with CO2 cartridge powered seltzer bottle. Unlimited variety of flavors. Used to be a Campbelltown (sp?) single malt though.
Not a scotch drinker
Beer: Samiclaus Helles or Allagash Victoria Ale
Wine: Excelsior Cabernet Sauv- South Africa or a good Malbec
Vinylmeister... nicely put! Methinks I'll pop a bottle of something red tonight.
RED WINE, every glass makes the soundstage wide, the bass more extended, the vocals warmer
Canadian Club Classic (12 year) mixed nicely with some Canada Dry Ginger Ale....aaaaahh.
1994 silver oaks cab. a real treat for a great night of listening. Chin chin.
methinks you don't want to know, Jorge!

I was listening to the new Dylan "Bootleg Series," which definitely calls for bourbon.
Gerolsteiner mineral water, and that's no lie. I also fancy a good vintage port. The best I ever had was a 1961 Sandeman.
Very happy these days with a glass of 2006 Ramsey Pinot Noir. Only $12.99 a bottle.
Rolling Stones: Cazadores Anejo or Absolut Vanila
Delerium/Amethystium: Cal Coastal Chardonnnay
Diana Krall: whatever she wants
Skinny Puppy/Bauhaus/Cure: usually Abosolut mandrin
or Aboslut Vanila
Siouxsie: Cab or Grey Goose
Dead Can Dance: Napa Cab
Enya: Not invited
Snoop Dogg: He's with Enya
Psychedelic furs: Grey goose
Single Malt- Lagavulin or Talisker
Beer-depends on the mood but any good micro
Wine- Warre's 1985 vintage port
Found that a good Chardonnay goes well with Bill Charlap and beer with just about everything.
Now that I live in the middle of the frikkin Pacific Ocean, beer is definitely the beverage of choice!
Hoegarden, Chimay, Duvel, just about any Belgian Beer. When your having more than one: Yuengling.
Big fan of The Macallan! Nice with some cool jazz. Those beers are harder to find out here on the islands, but there are some decent island brews...find I, too, am drinking less wine lately and more beer (wine and HI just don't seem to go together very well, but still need a good bottle with that special meal). Will definitely pick up some Hangar One.
Lately, I've been drinking Session by Full Sail Brewery. It's a pre-prohibition style lager. It's good enough to satisfy the beer snob in me, but not so big that it distracts from anything else you're doing. When I want a more serious beer, I turn to anything by Dogfish, especially the 90 minute IPA.

I don't drink a lot of wine lately, but when I do, I'm a big fan of French and Italian reds. For the harder stuff, I have a pretty respectable bourbon and scotch collection, the highlight of which is a 1971 Macallan bottled by Signatory. Mine is bottle #138 of 190. I've become a huge fan of Hangar One vodka too. Their flavored vodka is the only flavored stuff I've ever enjoyed, and it's exquisite. I like to mix half a shot of the Citron with half a shot of the Kaffir Lime and drink it neat. Their Mandarin Blossom vodka approaches perfection.
