Really nice SQ on this. Nice, as Leo’s releases could vary in that regards. Perhaps improved with the reissue.

Finally, snagged an album set that has been on my radar for some time now. Had this many moons ago, but think an ex snagged it (probably by accident) long ago.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band’s Will The Circle be Unbroken 3 LP set for $9.99. And from the photos, looks to be in really great shape. An auction on eBay, and I’m the only one who bid.

Brian - I sent that to Steve, I believe he enjoys it.

It’s a very nice collection, and collection of great players/singers. Nice change of pace LP. Will take me back to my hippy dippy bluegrass days 😉

Good to hear your fishing expedition went well Jim 👍🏼

Also picked up a Capitol EU release of Richard Thompson’s Rumor and Sigh. Should be here Friday. I’m sure it will kick my cassette version outta the park.

Ringo Star  'S/T'  Had to play this again before refiling it.

Yes  'The Yes Album' Friday Music 45 rpm reissue.  There are some very minute details that I never really heard on my original copy.  Best I have ever been able to follow the bass line.  Just got this about 10 days ago and played it for the first time, today.

Doobie Brothers  'Livin' On The Fault Line'  One of the best from the Doobies.  Nice SQ, too.

NBA Playoffs tonight on TV... I scored a free ticket to the Lakers game for next Sunday.  I also scored a free ticket to the Clippers game #5.
Brian kicked me in the belt drive...TT moved and making music in the Ref system...

London Grammar- Truth
Hey Jim! Missed you but glad to hear of your good fortune in the deep water. Do you know (of course you know) squirrel cove? Best shrimp Ever from the overnight depths in that (erstwhile) paradise. Now you cant pull in there without running into a Russian oligarch ...

so hows the ribs? Worth the stretch to get the SOTA goin ill bet

Try ryan Adams’s new record

Guess i had enough if I'm recommending records like that sorry...   I left the tubes to warm up while I'm down the corner here mostly wondering why i can work up so little interest in the basketball    A Beethoven sonata came in the mail today  -   betting the bartender here it will sound better than the squawking pop on his system

@tomic601 - "Hollywood Town Hall" on vinyl is awesome! One of my favorite albums, and even better on vinyl now that it has finally been released. Great one.......
I enjoyed the new Ryan Adams, very introspective but A OK with me.

The new John Hiatt/Jerry Douglas is awesome!

Yeah, I enjoyed Will the Circle be Unbroken. Thanks again Jim!

Gentle Giant  'Free hand'

Neither of these are great SQ, but they sure are great albums, especially the Doobies.

Not sure how far I will go, but start with No. 1 & 2.
