For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO

Louis Armstrong-Hello, Dolly!(Kapp KS-3364) Side 1

Malo-Ascencion Side 1 SQ*

Firehouse-ST(Real Gone Music) Side 1

Denise LaSalle-Love Talkin’ Side 1 SQ*

The Romantic Philadelphia Strings/Ormandy(M 30066) Side 1 SQ*

Lee Wiley-Back Home Again Side B SQ Audiophile

Steely Dan-Countdown To Ecstasy(AP UHQR #635) Side A+B SQ Audiophile

Benny Goodman-Listen To The Magic(RS 321 SD) Side 1 SQ Audiophile

All 8 recordings were previously unplayed. The 2024 Firehouse release was the worst(SQ) recording but still acceptable. The first CD pressing's SQ might be better. SD Countdown takes the SQ crown despite the UHQR being slightly polite on my system.

King Crimson "In the Wake of Poseidon" on 180g vinyl. Kind of pretentious but I've always loved it. A real workout for the system.

Yo La Tengo "And then nothing turned itself inside out"

2000/Matador Records

Colter Wall "Western Swing & Waltzes and Other Punchy Songs"

2020/La Honda Records- Thirty Tigers

Ray LaMontagne "God Willin’ & the Creek Don’t Rise"

2010/Stone Dwarf - RCA

Ray could pass for Joe Cocker's son, vocally.

My Little Brown Book - Duke Ellington & John Coltrane

Verve’s Mastercut Edition # 005 of 500

Aretha Franklin-Jump To It Side 1 SQ*

Secret Sphere-Portrait Of A Dying Heart Side A

Jackie & Roy-The Music Of Cy Coleman Side 2 SQ Audiophile

Jerry Vale-Alone Again(Naturally) Side 1

Dean Martin-The Hit Sound Of Dean Martin Side 2

King Crimson-In The Court Of The King Crimson(SD 19155) Side 1 SQ*

Barbra Streisand-One Voice Side 1 SQ Audiophile

Barbra Streisand-Lazy Afternoon Side 1

Only Streisand/Sphere have been previously played. Never play 2 albums from the same artist but Babs is just not "any artist". Jackie & Roy take the SQ crown with a very strong 1984 release. "One Voice" is one of the great live Pop recordings of the 1980's despite the minor digital haze/veil.
