Well it seems people have differing views of Tidal support...and me
I KNOW Win 7 is old and unsupported, but it is on my media/music PC. I'm not running my Quickbooks or TurboTax on this system. It's only for movies & music.
A while back when trying to watch a movie on Amazon Prime, I got the message that it wouldn't play, because my OS wasn't supported anymore. They TOLD me what the issue was.
I'm guessing one of the automatic updates in Tidal pushed me over the edge so it wouldn't work in Win 7 anymore. My beef with them is that even though I specified I was using Win 7, they strung me along for three more weeks with the false hope of getting it running again. Then out of the blue, just told me that it's unsupported.
Like I said, a previous version is still working, I might just stick with that. Or, as mswale stated, I might use the web version.
I work in field service, so I'm always on the phone with my customers. I just kind of miss it from everyone else these days...
