@slaw
I will have to check out Connors' Assembler.  Thanks for posting about it.  Don't know it but I've spent a lot of time with his Return.  Interesting to see Steve Khan with him on Assembler (Khan being one of the several guitar serfs that served Fagen and Becker).

Interesting story here about why Connors left Return to Forever.

@ghosthouse ,

Assembler is very interesting and maybe more importantly, a great sounding slab of vinyl that shows off every aspect of soundstage.

I believe they both ended up in King Crimson. I'm not familiar with BP Fallon?
@boxer12 Or they left KC?
Lydia? "Compromised and naked" Great stuff.

@slaw
Thanks for your further comments.
So far though, no luck finding it on either Tidal or Spotify (apologies to your Vinyl buds) for a sampling.  Haven't tried YouTube yet.

Found it on YouTube. Wow, track 2, Sea Coy.  Kim Plainfield is phenomenal.
(Apologies for the digital digression.  We'll slink on out of here now....).
Mike Bloomfield's "Live at Bill Graham's Fillmore West" Columbia Records, 1969. Best thing he ever did, and that's saying something. Nick Gravenites on vocals.

Charlie Haden & John Taylor- Nightfall (Naim label).
The New Symphony Orchestra of London, Alexander Gibson- Witches Brew (RCA Victor, Red Seal).
Tchaikovsky, Van Cilburn, Kiril Kondrashin- Concerto No. 1 (RCA Victor, Red Seal).

Hi Brian, How are the Nobsounds working?

Hey Steve, just installed them. Joni was the first spin with them. So, haven’t had a chance to take a closer listen yet. Only using three with one spring, which is still probably a bit much for the weight of the Hagerman. But, we’ll see.

Had to go get my first vaccine shot....yea!.....so will be listening to more in a bit. Just finished some yard work.

Edit: Oh, and on a related note, have had the Gold Lion ax7’s in for a couple days now. Still breaking in I think, but the mid and high extension is better than the stock Mullards. A bit more detail and quieter too. I think I like them, not as ‘soft’ as the Mullards.
I’ve always loved Outlaws! This lp is better SQ than GR.

How could anyone not love a 4 person guitar attack?
An oldie but goodie.....wait, that is 99% of my LP’s 😁

The Beatles - Abbey Road. Apple 1969
FWIW,

I sold all of the MyMats I'm comfortable with. AA

Thanks to all who made this journey with me.
@bkeske     I installed the Nobsounds under my VPI HW-19 MK4 and it made a palpable difference!
@simao

Great! I don’t think they have made a major change to my phono pre sound, but worth it regardless. Really pretty well made and machined for the low cost.
@slaw

Just curious, is there any particular reason you won’t be getting more of your magical material in order to keep selling?

Glad I’m getting one of your last, and my second MyMat.
Brian,
Yes, because I find the responsibility to be greater than the return.
Evening gents,

Ben Webster - Ballads - Verve Compilation - very very good and a used buy to boot

Neil Young - Young Shakespeare - live from '71 - Excellent SQ and Vinyl and performance is very good - not sure why another concert from this tour but still great
Steve - agree with Ohio - went looking for it and realized it is up North...maybe there is a location field in Discogs collection....

Rosanne Cash - Seven Year Ache
@slaw no doubt the Vibrato is in the future...
