Steve - how are the Sonics on the Joe and the Fish LP ?

Jim,

Surprisingly very good. Of all the records I bought recently, I had more concerns for the SQ of this one. Very enjoyable!

I think it's limited to 1000 copies.

@bkeske, this version of “Bewitched” is the remastered version pressed by Gotta Groove Records, Cleveland.  Excellent quality, by the way.

@puffball08

Holy smokes, I’m in Cleveland, will check that out. Actually a steal at $25. Wish I could run over there and pick it up, but looks like all mail order, no matter where you are. But, it might be cool to stop by and take a plant tour.
Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks  'Last Train To Hicksville'  I bought this in 1973, right after I got my first real hi-fi system.

Hot Tuna  'First Pull Up Then Pull Down'  This is a live album from 1971.  I also bought it in 1973.  Had to have it because I saw them play in 1971.  What a concert, outdoors, Hot Tuna then The Moody Blues and then The Jefferson Airplane.  Playing this album, I could see the stage again.  What great memories...
@bkeske, have any of the clubs reopened around Cleveland , like Beachland?  I may be in the area later in the summer.  Always fun to go see a show there.  And then cruise over to Record Den in Mentor the next day for a peek.  One of those places that’s ideal for killing an afternoon on a rainy day.

@bkeske, have any of the clubs reopened around Cleveland , like Beachland?

I believe the Beachland is open again, but capacity is extremely limited, and with many precautions in place. Not sure about places like the Agora, House of Blues, Phantasy in Lakewood, etc.

To be honest, as I don’t drink any more, I have not frequented those types of clubs for years now.
Tomic has put the war dept. on notice...
"turns out he has 3 TT in boxes in the basement..."
@bkeske, I’ve never drank alcohol.  Impairs my ability to appreciate what I’m listening to.  Gimme a stiff coffee.....
@puffball08 alcohol actually effects your hearing as you BP rises and creates pressure in the ear canal.
Tim, in times such as noted, I refer to her as “ the better 7/8’s “.....

I have always found that a glass of wine (or three) as a very pleasant plus to an evening with vinyl.

B.B. King   'Deuces Wild'  A 2 LP collection of B.B. playing with a variety of top musicians.  Really good album!
Krokus - One Vice At a Time. One of the titles I picked up from rarerecords.net
Lucas Foss conducts Sibelius - 4 Legends From "The Kalevala", Op. 22. Buffalo Philharmonic. Nonesuch reissue 1971, originally 1968
Bryan Ferry / Boys & girls
