What are you streaming tonight?

As we are in the modern age of music I thought I would see how this fares.
We have threads specific for cdp and tt so why not streaming as it is a modern media.
I don't care if you stream Tidal, Deezer, Spotify, Paradise Radio or any number of internet stations.
I would like you to share your tastes and method of streaming.

@reubent

Well ran through Jimbo Mathus albums and thoughts are pretty much aligned with yours mostly.
Dislike were Blue Healer, Band of Storms, Blue Light and Jimmy the Kid.
Dark Night of the Soul maybe my fave over White Buffalo but would need more listens to be conclusive.
@uberwaltz - Thanks for taking the time to check out Jimbo Mathus. I really like "White Buffalo" and it continues to grow on me every time I take a listen. "Dark Night of the Soul" also has a few great cuts.

Here's one that might be back in your wheelhouse - Focus -"Focus III" - Dutch Prog......
Uberwaltz - good call on Somewhere Under Wonderland. I’d never heard it before. Really enjoyed it. Thanks!
Glad you liked it Miles!

One of the best reasons these forums exist, to share and help spread the word.
Bloodletting ... Concrete Blonde

Tidal upsampled to 24/192 via the Ayon
Glorious!
Deceptive Bends ... 10cc.

Still one of their best imho

Won't feel the benefit has to rank up there as one of the true classics.
Dan Reed Network S/T.

Great band in the day, saw them live twice at same venue in England but couple years apart. High energy live act at the time.

Rock City, Nottingham.
Loooong time ago ...lol
Deceptive Bends ... 10cc - Good one @uberwaltz

Listening to it now on vinyl......
Something you might like (maybe)...

Virgil Donati - In This Life (Tidal)

(See comments to you and N at The Minority Report)
To the Moon and Back ... Blackmores Night.

Tidal.

Anybody familiar with Blackmores early work with Purple and Rainbow really would not recognize his playing here.

Very baroque....
I have a couple of Blackmore's Night CD's. I wasn't familiar with it and it was not what I was expecting, lol. My girlfriend really likes them.
Definitely an understatement there Greg!
Hard rock to celtic folk, just a bit of a change!
@uberwaltz I think it's cool he's been able to pursue something completely different that he obviously loves and find a following.
Please Remain Seated ... Thunder.

Tidal MQA

Truly outstanding SQ, eyes closed and I thought the piano was in my room.
Ass Ponys and Afghan Whigs via Spotify. A couple of Cincinnati's finest......
Frontier Folk Nebraska via Spotify. Another one of Cincinnati's finest......
Bjork playlist on Tidal.

Refreshing to hear something else than old rock sometimes :-)
Men at Work - 'Business as usual', a really great album.
Then Stephane Grappelli and Yo Yo Ma - 'play Cole Porter'.
I just listened to the Teal Album by Weezer this morning.  It felt like a loving tribute to music they must have grown up with, I really enjoyed it.
"A Nightmare to Remember" by Dream Theater at work from my Plex music server at home.
Greg
Quite a novel way to describe the Teal Album … lol
Whimsical is a term that springs to mind for myself...

Mapman
Excellent DT choice!
@uberwaltz That's a good description for the Teal album also.  I really enjoyed it.  The Santana EP was really nice also, I was wishing there was more when it reached the end.
Greg.
I was of exactly the same mind on Santana, 29 minutes was way too short!
But excellent tracks.
Thirteenth Step .... A Perfect Circle

Tidal

Always a great test of bass response!
My new (to me) Audeze LCD4's showed up yesterday!  I'm listening to the Cars - Heartbeat City.
Nice!
I use Audeze el8 openback cans.

Heartbeat City does not have a bad track on it!
I haven't heard the EL8. I have LCD-2 and LCD-XC. The LCD-4 are the best headphones I've heard. My girlfriend is listening to the remaster of the white album with them right now. Thank goodness she's supportive of my hobby!
