HiFi Tuning Fuse Replacement Yamaha RN2000a

Is it easy to up grade the stock fuse from a Yamaha RN2000a ?  Is it easy to find its location ? How to open the fuse holder or  remove the stock fuse ?  Thank's.

The R-N2000A needs anything but a tuning fuse. It's already balanced in its frequency response and the damping factor is high enough that it doesn't adversely affect the frequency response of your speakers so why the hell do you want to replace the fuse?

Boutique fuses are another way for the unscrupulous to extract money from you.

Since there doesn't seem to be a fuse tray on the outside, the only option is to take the top off the unit and look behind the iec plug and look for a fuse. I personally only switch fuses when they are accessible from the outside.

Hi Kofibaffour, good advice, I also find that the RN2000a has a very good music sound.  I think I will let go like it is.

Baylinor,  I just install one HiFi Fuse on my Audiolab CDT 9000, and the result is unbeleivable.  As you mentionned, it was easy because the fuse is accessible from the IEC at the outside.  Thank's.
