All Things Must Pass 50th Anniversary sets due to be announced tomorrow One of the first albums I ever brought. I could use a new copy.
Do you have a "Music" Friend? @millercarbon - thanks for sharing, I had a good chuckle.
Acronova Nimbie Real Life Experiences I used a Bluesound vault to rip well over 400 CD’s, takes about 6 minutes per disc. And you can listen while it rips. No real techie skills needed. Metadata worked perfectly and you can then transfer the ripped CD’s to a PC, etc.
CD Ripper Ethernet conundrum Unless I am misunderstanding you, what you are doing is using an WiFi extender to your Bluesound to get the same signal from your router you’d get if you could use an actual direct Ethernet wire to your Bluesound. Which is what I am doing since I ...
Considering an integrated Lots of good recommendations. I’ll add to the Luxman choice. I have the 590AXII and the MC phono section blew me away. Although a great separate pre is going to sound better, I’d say you’d have to spend quite a bit to really surpass the built-in L...
You mean someone buys this stuff? As a an amateur woodworker and a music lover, I think it’s great fun. But I would not mix them together. Millercarbon nailed it, even putting a beer bottle down would bounce that needle a few times. A bong would be worse as it’d probably land on t...
Speaker for McIntosh setup Having had McIntosh equipment in the past, B&W would be a good match as mentioned already. I have not heard the new JBL’s, but in the old L100’s were good matches and I would bet the new versions would be just fine also.
Favorite Cowboy Junkies? @jdoris I love So Tonight I Might See by Mazzy. Put it on at least once a week. Is "hypnofolk" it's own Genre? I'll have to check. It should be.

I chose them for several reasons, I didn't need to do any setup, it had to look good (not like a Rube Goldberg setup), their tabl...
thoughts on the bose 501 speakers HA! Nailed it! All the best to you.
Blue Coast Music is having a sale, DSD included! I Was not aware of Blue Coast Music, thank you, very much appreciated!
KEF R3 or Totem Signature One I've had both Totem and KEF bookshelves (not the same models as you mention however). I would agree with mapman, you can't go wrong with either.
New ebay payments require SS#? @ chicagoblue1977You're not a cop. Otherwise you'd know what defunding actually means, and also that most cops would really appreciate not having to deal with mental illness issues, the homeless and repeat drug addict calls for just three exampl...
Replacement Cartridge for Dual 505 I sold these tables a long time back with Audio Technica cartridges. Other brands like Grado (which I like) did not sound good with Dual tables. Since they range from $70 on up I think you'd be happy with the sound and find a price range that fit... |
