Does Qobuz work

I've been streaming from Tidal from ethernet, through my Blue Sound Vault and McIntosh amp.  I find the BluOS very easy to use and Tidal works great on the BluOS app on my phone.  Qobuz does not. I've tried to contact Qobuz customer support but its been days now and they haven't responded.  There are several options on the BluOS app for various sources, like Tidal, Amazon Music, Qobuz, etc. But Qobuz is the only one that doesn't work, I paid for the Hi Res Audio, but the songs come thru at only cd quality and only 15 second samples.    Does anyone have a solution?

If you’re not a paid subscriber or you are not correctly logged in Qobuz will only give you that 15 second sample of a song.

All the best.

OP,

What DAC is appropriate for your system is dependent on your system. In general, DACs get better with price. But getting one greatly better than the rest of your system is not appropriate. I have owned or auditioned extensively DACs from $500 to $22K. In general, they get better at each cost point.

To recommend a DAC for your system we need to know your current system and venue… there is a place to put photos of your system under your USerID… under virtual systems. This would facilitate us helping you. Also, we need to know what you value in musical presentation… do you really like details and slam, imaging, or musicality?

If you do the research and choose carefully, it is most common that a great combination will be the investment will be Streamer = DAC = Preamp = amp, each less than speakers…. typically will represent 30% of the total system.

Update; Qubuz support finally got back to me after several days.  So far I've been on Chat for 90 minutes and we finally got it to work on my PC, even though the rep was using terms that were not actually on the website, so it took some time to figure it out.  Now we need to see if it works on the Blu app.  The site is not very intuitive.  I don't know if I can take another 90 minutes to see if it works on the phone app.

Qobuz sound quality is definitely the best out there imho. However, their search, I have found to be inadequate at best.
Cancelling my recurring membership has proven to be impossible.
