Which To Choose...Devore Fidelity O/93 vs Zu Soul Supreme ?

Thinking about purchasing a pair of one of these speakers.  I don't have the opportunity to listen to them in person but would be interested in your thoughts...especially if you have heard or owned one or the other or both.  All constructive comments welcome....thanks.

What amp are you using?  I've had 93's and Soul Superflys side by side in my home.

O/93: easy to drive, amp friendly, very refined textured midrange, huge soundstage, deep (but loose) bass, needs a bit of space around it, laid back sound

Supreme (based on owning Superfly/Druids): easy to place in room, great focus/tonal density, very tight/resolving bass that also goes deep, pickier about amps than DeVore, half the cost of O/93, forward sound
Oh, one more thing.  The answer is order the Supremes and take advantage of Zu's 60 day trial.  If you don't like them, send them back and get the DeVores.  Easy peasy.
Where are you located?
I own the O/93's.
Whoopycat pretty much nailed it. I would add that over time, there is a slight glitch in the upper midrange. Rightly or wrongly, I attribute it to the two way design without a dedicated midrange. At times this glitch would not make it itself apparent unless I really tried to listen for it, which is no way to enjoy music. At other times, it was readlily apparent.
They don't do the imaging thing.
They are very sensitive to speaker cabling. I tried an assortment of better speaker cables and heard clear differences with each. If you buy O/93's, you really want to buy Auditorium 23 speaker cables.
All that said, I don't regret buying them a bit. I love them.
Herb Reichert loves the DeVore O93/XA25 combo.
Not to digress for no good reason, but Herb imho has gone off the deep edge. He has no criticism of anything that makes him smile. He loves the audio equivalents of Norman Rockwell paintings. A critic's job is more than being a fan-boy of whatever passes his way.
Yeah, what Whoopycat said.  But, you may never know if the Devores are better if you keep the Zu's......Cant go wrong.

@fsonicsmith They all do that. However, his review compares driving the Pass amp with a bunch of speakers including Quad ESLs and makes a good read.
I would not use the DeVores as they may be too polite with Pass amps.
@noromance

I would not use the DeVores as they may be too polite with Pass amps.

Just curious why you expect this would be the case.  The XA25 should actually match very well with this easy to drive speaker.
Whoopycat nailed it as stated above I'll also add Sean Casey from Zu often uses Pass amps at audio shows and they make a nice combo.
I tried the Soul Supremes and liked them but didn’t keep them. Zu took them back no questions asked, no hassle. Give them a shot
I have the Soul Supremes and I think that they are wonderful.  That being said, they are EXTREMELY revealing of a poor source.
I have owned a pair of the Zu Soul Supremes for the past three years or so. I just melt in front of them during most listening sessions, wonderful imaging and soundstage width/depth.  Proper placement (toe them in) and bottom gap height adjustment can optimize bass response.  I changed the internal crossover capacitor to a Jupiter copper. Not sure why, just felt like messing with it. They are extremely efficient and the XA25 might even be too much power. I can use a 300 B or 2A3 amplifier and create ear splitting volume.  The Zu SS’s sound great to my ears, but are well known to require some driver break-in.  I’d buy them again in a heartbeat.
