Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

@uberwaltz Just curious as you're listening to cassettes, which is awesome wish I never sold my Nak (or my gfs cat didn't pee all over my tapes), but don't you stream Tidal? I'm sure most of the stuff you have on cassette you can find streaming. Apologies if I am misremembering!
@jond

You are absolutely correct, I could likely find most if not all of what I play from tape or vinyl on Tidal but.....

Sometimes when I use Tidal I have no idea what I want to listen to!
Now when I pull open the tape drawers or flick through the vinyl, I may see something and just think "oh yes". That's not likely to happen on Tidal as you really need to know what you want to listen to.

And I got all these tapes and the Nak so I am damn well going to use em....lol
Gerry Mulligan Meets Johnny Hodges ripped CD and enjoy your nak and your cassettes uber!
mapman, Tarkus is one of my fav ELP's!

Deep Purple, Stormbringer
Coverdale and Hughes on vocals!

This is my favorite place online. So much great music I might never discover by myself. Thank you all! Today, I bought three cds that I learned about here. Listening to Niel Young Unplugged right now. Wow, whomever recommended it was so right. Keep ‘em coming. I will share when I discover new stuff also.
Thanks, Reubent. Concrete Blond. Holy s**t, Batman!. Bloodletting is amazing. I cant believe I have lived all these years without hearing about this band. What have I been living in a cave? I wish it were a little better produced. But, well worth the $5 I paid for it today. Really original and just plain cool.
@kumakahn - You're Welcome. We're all in this thing together. Pass it on......
Black Clouds and Silver Linings.... Dream Theater.

Gotta admire John Petrucci!

Sonny Rollins - The Bridge and Quincy Jones - Roots soundtrack. Both glorious. My Maggie's are truly making my ears smile.

My most recent vinyl was Eric Johnson Ah Via Musicom (just received new vinyl) and Pat Travers Live Go For What You Know (German pressing I’ve had for around 35 years). Great to see Rory getting some attention as well as Trower, Montrose and Tommy Bolin.
Nils Lofgren - "Acoustic Live" - Analogue Productions Double LP - A fantastic sounding recording of a very special live session. Nice stuff.
Tomasz Stanko’s Dark Eyes album. This music breaks my heart, it is so beautiful.
Sparklehorse "Dreamt for Light Years in the Belly of a Mountain"  (lp)

...interesting artist if you're not familiar............

Another tragic waste of a supremely talented musician.
