Whats playing on your system today?
Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.
I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....
Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....
Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

@reubent, The more I thought about it, I remembered buying that cd years ago when my main vehicle had a cd player in it. I’d buy cds I was interested in from the record clubs. If I liked them, I’d buy the lp, then the other ones I’d sell to the used book store and at least, break even. I found it today. Blur "The Magic Whip" (lp) |
@slaw and All, If you like Chris Hillman, The Byrds and Tom Petty, you should check out Roger McGuinn's "Back From Rio". Hillman and David Crosby join in, as well as a little Tom Petty and Elvis Costello. It's an awesome album. McGuinn's guitar sounds awesome too. Great songs, well recorded. Really good stuff...... |
