Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Mind Bomb - The The

I have been listening to this album every day this week. What a great one.

Hermanos Gutiérrez  ---  El  Bueno Y El Mal   (Alternative Latin)

[Highly recommended for fans of traditional and lap steel guitar]

+1 @david_ten for the Hermanos El Malo lead, listening to it now ( unfortunately via Spotify) but glad I tried it! Nice laid back old school guitar- very cool.

@designsfx  Were you able to listen to Hermanos Gutiérrez  ---  El  Bueno Y El Mal on your primary system?

Now Playing:

Chuck Johnson “The Cinder Grove”

Super laid back pedal steel with infinite reverb and delay- it’s like traveling through space!

Now Playing:

Michael Landau’s “Tales From The Bulge”

If you love guitar players this is a good one to have in your collection

Ben Webster Meets Oscar Peterson

Pavement - Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain

Natalia Lafourcade - De Todos las Flores

My new discovery, LaBelle. These 3 albums are in heavy rotation at my house.

Nightbirds | Phoenix | Chameleon

Jesse Cook  ---  Vertigo  (Acoustic Flamenco Guitar / International / Fusion)

Allison Moorer-The Hardest Part(CD) An excellent mix of intelligent traditional country with a splash of americana from a somewhat forgotten 2000 release, kicks off vinyl night.

The Mountain Goats, Goths. Listening to this now. A friend recommended and it’s pretty good so far.

Rudresh Mahanthappa / Steve Lehman  ---  Dual Identity  (Jazz; alto sax duo)

All over the place today.
