Pete Seeger – We Shall Overcome (Columbia 1963)

Awesome live album to remind me where things were and where we need to be.
Last night...

Tim Weisberg  "Night Rider!"  The Weisbergs were mentioned earlier so that made me look for one of my Tim Weisberg albums.

Jennifer Warnes  "Another Time, Another Place"  This is her most recent album.  I preordered it over a year ago and got it within a month or so.  Impex Records does a masterful job.  Great music, fantastic SQ.

Talking Heads  "Speaking In Tongues"  I think that I just got lucky when receiving this reissue a few months back.  It seems to be a real "white hot stamper".

Jethro Tull   "Stand Up"  The Steven Wilson remix.  Fabulous album!
+1 on Peterson and Marsalis Brian.
Do you, like Me, sometimes put on a record while watching a game with the TV sound off?

Joel, I sure agree about “Stand Up”.  Fun record.

Was hoping the Chargers would take it to those damn Ravens, but not to be unfortunately.

"Born to be Blue" is a heck of a song!
Looks like the amp is toast on the subtower :-(. At least it's under warranty, PIA though.

Okay, back to music...

Magnetic Fields / Wayward bus
Alberta Hunter - Amtrak Blues ( 1978 )

Jefferson Airplane - Crown of Creation. Just received the Friday Music remaster to replace my original copy that had seen much better days. Very nice RTI pressing.
Thanks Jim. Just a bump in the road. Hopefully I won't get to much hassle during the process.

Stephin Merritt / Obscurities
Got my first tranche of cleaned discs back from Perfect Vinyl Forever. Discs super clean and so far sounding great ! i can recommend for somebody wanting US quality without the investment or wanting to trial the results of a good US cleaned disc before buying a US machine. Next tranche of 16 headed their way soon…
