I just meant he’s interested in people’s desert island discs.  That Dave mason record would be one of mine.
Oh yeah..... that’s the box set. Need to listen again.

What confused me was the lp was from Shoals Theatre? I was thinking, recording studio.
James, I put my Dave Mason lp through a deep clean. Hope to listen again over the weekend.
@slaw - I always liked  Led Zeppelin - "Presence". Love the opener - "Achilles Last Stand". Thanks for the reminder. Listening to it now.
That was the very first LZ album I purchased Steve.

Terry Allen / Just like Moby Dick
Musicianship is most excellent on Presence.   And none of the songs are stolen, far as I know.  My second favorite Zeppelin record after In through the Out Door.
Tim,

That Terry Allen lp is awesome!
My music friend bought it as well.

Thanks for the recommendation!
Thanks for the good suggestion on "It's Like You Never Left".  I don't have that in my Dave Mason collection so I logged on to Discogs and found plenty of them for a great price.  I researched some and bought one for $9.39 including tax and shipping.  NM quality, of course.
Streaming Terry Allen.  This is great.  Like Billy Joe Shaver meets Talking Heads.
The Blue Nile - Rooftops ( streaming off recommended list from a dude in Sneaker Pimps….
+1 @tomic601

Elvis Costello and the Attractions - Ten Bloody Marys & Ten How's Your Fathers compilation.  There are 10 songs on each side!  Obviously, not the greatest sound quality, but a fun compilation.  Also a good chance to check my cartridge.  I was getting some IGD and re-checked my alignment and it was... not so great.
What I love about this thread is just the wide swath of tastes, interest, passions - you people Know interesting stuff….
+1 on Dig, love the bass on Thanks To You.

EL VY / Return To The Moon
Great sounding LP, could be a demo disk.
First day of cool fall weather.

Feels like a good day for Dan Fogelberg - Captured Angel

Following it up with his Phoenix album.

Been working all day, finally…..vinyl…..
