Bette Midler-Broken Blossom Side 2

Al Di Meola-Casino Side 1

Megadeth-The Sick.. The Dying...And The Dead! Side 3

Elton John-Tumbleweed Connection Side 2

Allison Moorer-Blood Side B

Led Zeppelin-II Side 2

Dionne Warwick-Very Dionne Side A SQ Audiophile

Pat Metheny Group-First Circle Side B SQ Audiophile

Sunday evening power quality was not up to its usual standards. Might be related to a 36hr power outage in my area late last week. Very difficult to pick the worst SQ but was very disappointed in the noisy vinyl of my new/sealed Moorer LP when compared to a plethora of surface scratches on my yard sale find Zep 2 The latest Megadeth SQ was ok but nothing special. The content is solid but not up to the level of 2009's End Game. Metheny takes the SQ crown despite the very holographic sound of an excellent Warwick recording.

The Rolling Stones / Some Girls

@noromance

I have not, but it definitely caught my eye 👍🏼

Not sure if you have heard the Neville Marriner above but it's sublime to these ears.

@noromance   +1 Have both the US Dunhill/ ABC block rainbow label and the pink UK Probe label which includes the seven playing cards. Have not played back-to-back determining which pressing has better SQ. FWIW "Seven Separate Fools" easily makes my Top 100 Pop/Rock albums of the 1970's.

@bkeske

Not sure if you have heard the Neville Marriner above but it's sublime to these ears.

Thanks @dayglow for reminding me that I played this earlier. It's got the set of cards.

Three Dog Night - Seven Separate Fools (Club RE ABC/Dunhill 1972)

George Shearing-Piano(CJ-400) Side 1 SQ Audiophile

Delia Bell-ST Side 2

Pete Townshend-Empty Glass Side 1

Godfathers-Hit By Hit Side 2

Three Dog Night-Seven Separate Fools(Probe UK) Side 1 + 2

Reality strikes... only one album with Audiophile SQ. Godfathers had the worst SQ of the 8. Played both sides of Three Dog Night's strongest studio album in a belated tribute to Floyd Sneed. Shearing-Piano is sublime despite being mostly ignored by the media/collectors/sellers and even Audiophiles, they have a huge inventory of Miles Davis represses to unload!

Neville Marriner Conducting The Academy Of St. Martin-in-the-Fields – English Music For Strings (Angel 1974)

The Black Eagles – Tony’s Mining Company [Live] (BE7 1985)

These guys are the best when live. The tuba. SQ is excellent.

@noromance

I vaguely remember The Mary Travers, Mary album. I looked at Qobuz and it isn’t there.  I wonder if there’s a vinyl copy out there, that I could afford 😉

Mary Travers - Mary (Warner Bros. 1971)

Worth it alone for the raw Children One And All, written by Rod McKuen

Mozart - Felix Prohaska Conducting The Vienna State Opera Orchestra – Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, Serenade, K. 525 / Symphony No. 40 In G Minor, K. 550 (Vanguard  1956 mono)

Lee Wiley – Sings The Songs Of...Rodgers & Hart, Harold Arlen. (Audiophile 1987)

1940s recordings along with tape noise but such a lovely tone. Tube magic.
