Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1
Change of Address .... Krokus.

Not listened to these guys in decades!
Pretty good for the age it was in and a ballsy cover of Alice Cooper's Schools Out.

That song was one of my hero anthems at 16......😁😁
Coltrane For Lovers on the CD player instead of the turntable because although I plan to be up, I don't plan to get up.
@slaw is Pirate Analog Radio NC and sells a lot of Vinyl thru seeds planted here, no DA or record companies would nick him for a promo copy here and there...
Got a nice surprise in the mail today , guy I helped with system in Atlanta sent me some Vinyl including the OP of Traffic - Low Spark... @bdp24 an expressive drummer IMO for sure....
love Rainmaker in particular
The Flaming Lips "Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots" (German)
Slaw
I just picked that up on DVD-A Japanese copy.
SQ is out of this world played back on the Esoteric DV-50S.
Very cool uber! My experience hasn't been great with their sound quality (over compressed & thin). Music is good though.

The Velvet Underground / White light, white heat
Boxer.
The DV-50s seems to make the best out of even poor recordings.
For a digital player it is not cold or sterile.

Pity DVD-A lost out as a format.
The The - Mind Bomb
Prince - Sign of the Times
Prince - Parade
Pink Floyd - Animals
Loudon Wainwright lll - 3

@boxer12 Yeah. Great album. I've a few 12" EPs too. I bought this when it came out after good review in the NME. It's got the poster inc.

@uberwaltz,

I had read that the German lp of "Yoshimi....." is THE copy to have. I ran across a M copy last year and scooped it up. It does sound wonderful!
John Prine "Live"  PP/Oh Boy Records

Won this sealed copy in an auction last week.
Lp two was too warped to play, that will be remedied soon.

On "God", a last parting shot at his former band that had aided him to his fame,...John sings: "I don’t believe in Beatles".
