Tube integrated

VAC integrated's in the past have always had much better than average builtin phono stages.  I am sure their new integrated continues that tradition.

The VAC looks interesting but would need to look further into the quality of the MC phono board... 

Raven seems good but no MC phono stage...maybe I should contact Dave...

I currently have an Octave HP700! I presumed that the V80SE didn't have an option for balanced inputs for the phono stage...the binding posts look cheap...!

I should also mention that as well as balanced inputs for the MC phono stage it needs to have at least one other balanced input. 

That Octave looks sweet! If you are at all intersted PM me I may be able to direct you to a killer deal on one. Almost bought one myself a while back but it wasn't in the cards. 

I agree on the VAC which is probably better but you could also consider the Octave V80SE

Look up Raven Audio.  Dave Thomson is the owner.  He is extremely knowledgable.  I own the Raven Integrated Reflection MK2 tube amp.  I love it.   Give Dave a call.
