Good service from DH Labs

Good dealings with DH Labs.    Quality products.  I have several of their cables.  Digital and analog.   Good value.  

DH Labs is awesome.

I usually buy from their eBay store for it's a bit cheaper sometimes.

Once I got sent the the wrong length of hook up wire they just sent me the correct length and told me to keep the rest.

Quality is great for the price!

They've been around forever for a reason good wire and obviously good CS nice to hear good reports like this.

I own DH labs and am happy with my cables, but don’t they check their cables before shipment? A simple Ohm meter would have found this unless it was damaged in shipment. Glad they fixed your problem though. I have met some of guys that work there at the AXPONA shows and they are nice guys.

I have been dealing with DHLabs since it was just started by the founder over two decades ago. They do a great job and take their businesses seriously. Great company. 

Solid customer support! Love it. Hope they’ll consider upping their QC game and situations like this can be avoided.

I've only ever heard great things about DH Labs, both for performance and for service. They have been around a long time and maintained that reputation so they must be doing something right!
