DH Labs is awesome.
I usually buy from their eBay store for it's a bit cheaper sometimes.
Once I got sent the the wrong length of hook up wire they just sent me the correct length and told me to keep the rest.
Quality is great for the price!
Good service from DH Labs
I ordered a 6-meter RCA cable from DH Labs. When it arrived, it didn't work; almost no signal got through. I put the previous cable back and verified that everything else was working okay. I emailed DH Labs about the problem, and they said they'd received some bad connectors from a vendor. They offered me either (1) a full refund, or (2) to send me a new cable, a $100 refund, and a return mailer for the defective cable.
I took option 2. The new cable arrived in a few days and works well. I'm just posting here to let people know about a vendor who does the right thing.
