Good service from DH Labs


I ordered a 6-meter RCA cable from DH Labs. When it arrived, it didn't work; almost no signal got through. I put the previous cable back and verified that everything else was working okay. I emailed DH Labs about the problem, and they said they'd received some bad connectors from a vendor. They offered me either (1) a full refund, or (2) to send me a new cable, a $100 refund, and a return mailer for the defective cable. 

I took option 2. The new cable arrived in a few days and works well. I'm just posting here to let people know about a vendor who does the right thing.

I have been dealing with DHLabs since it was just started by the founder over two decades ago. They do a great job and take their businesses seriously. Great company.
