Spoonful from Cream's Wheels of Fire. Some of the fiercest, most inspired solos Clapton ever wrought. The band rocks, but most of all it rolls. |
The Tubes, What Do You Want From Live. Little Feat, Waiting for Columbus Return to Forever, Returns Any FZ live album. Allman Bros, At the Fillmore East. |
Humble Pie - Fillmore East Allman Brothers- Fillmore East Derek and The Domino’s- Fillmore East
|
Trilogy - Chick Corea Trio (
Christian McBride on double bass and Brian Blade on drums). Three CD set. Really great recording. Big soundstage and imaging. On the other extreme, Frank Zappa with Captain Beefheart on Bongo Fury. |
Genesis - Second's Out with Three Sides Live running close behind Pink Floyd - Pulse U2 - Popmart (Made my own version of the Mexico City broadcast)
The resent half-speed mastered vinyl version of Second's out is a winner on my system. Also has the best version of Supper's Ready.
Cinema Show is also wonderful on this release.
