Does this make sense

My first ever post please be gentle but I would like an honest opinion am I wasting my time?

Not sure this is even the correct location for such posts ?

Also

1- I’m no audiophile but I do like and always have liked analog sound over digital

2- The following is just a prototype things will get more refined this is only a test fit

3- I usually make watches but got this idea a while back and i finally made this...

Besides the obvious tilting mechanism Ill let the pictures do the talking

Well I guess I need to learn how to post pictures

The only TT's that have P mount headshells are for DJ and commercial applications. A lot of the carts that are designed for P mounts don't need a headshell. The P mount connection is part of the phono cart and connects directly. That's why all those TT's have S arms. You can't adjust them. Yours you can because you can mount a regular cart on it. I guess what I'm trying to say here is I don't really see a need for what you made. And that's not meant to be a negative comment. Your headshell is really well made. If I ever needed a mount like that, I would use it without hesitation.

Not sure what your contraption does?

It’s a P mount headshell.

It has a arm finger lift.

It has a fine tuning adjustment screw to dial in the cartridge/stylus alignment.

Mass of the headshell? Just a guess it is low. No more than a standard P mount headshell.

I usually make watches but got this idea a while back and i finally made this...

Without pictures it makes no sense. You need to have an online site that hosts your pictures, and then you can grab them and attach them to your thread.
