It’s a P mount headshell. It has a arm finger lift. It has a fine tuning adjustment screw to dial in the cartridge/stylus alignment. Mass of the headshell? Just a guess it is low. That’s not true. I have two vintage direct drive TTs that have P mount head shells. A Marantz 6300 and a Sony PS X55. The Marantz has an S shape arm. The Sony has a straight arm. .
