Yeah, I'm a sucker for streaming, too. Though I do admit to nostalgically sniffing my wall of cardboard record jackets. I gotta say, though, that I do have more than a few LPs and singles that have yet to make it to the aether.

Maybe I misunderstand the question, and I got to say I've done far too few comparisons to truly judge, but I can say that the sound quality I get via my ethernet/Mytek streamer-dac combo is far superior to what I get when I connect my laptop direc...

@ei001h I’ve got a couple Lutoslawski LPs. A Mercury Golden Import with Aftertones of Infinity. And Concerto for Orchestra and other works on Philips. A good guy... The LPs sit right next to my Lopatnikoff.

I read all the magazines, scour every post on this blamed website, and contemplate what I might do next to improve my system. Then I turn on my stereo and just enjoy the damned thing.
