Whats playing on your system today?

Today I decided to listen to two of my favorite rock guitar heros and one great vocalist. Guitarist' Robin Trower, Ronnie Montrose and vocalist Davey Pattison.

I listened to Trower songs:
Bridge of sighs, Stitch in time, The fool and me, my personal favorite- Too rolling stoned and others.....

Then I pulled out "Gamma".
I listened to: Razor King, Wish I was and Skin and bone and others.....

Davey Pattison hooked has also up with Michael Shenker also. I really enjoyed my day so far. Anybody else heard anything good?

Ihasaguy,
You're probably already aware, but just in case... Grateful Dead, Moe., String Cheese Incident, Phish, & Widespread Panic, are masters of that as well. Love them all!
Always enjoying the music!

Or why bother ... Lol.

When I was younger I drank a lot of beer period.....

Most times be hard pressed to tell you who I was listening to though.

Simpler times when I know I was not critical of the music SQ and general reproduction as I am now.

Having good gear is double edged being both a pleasure and also a curse at times!
I completely understand where you're coming from there uber

Jack White / Acoustic Recordings
Sparklehorse / It's a wonderful life
This is currently one of my favorites. Great album
You really do play a lot of Sparklehorse for sure Boxer.
I tried but just could not get into them.
Just got my new Acoustic Signature Triple X.
playing The White Album and Dam the Torpedoes. Loving Life!!
Yes, “Close To The Edge”.  AudioFidelity
Jethro Tull, “Minstrel In The Gallery”
Tom Petty, “Full Moon Fever”  MFSL
Everyday..... Dave Matthews Band.

Fired up the C.E.C for the first time in ages to spin a cd.
As good as ever Stereo5.

It is definitely a keeper and I do not believe I will ever need anything better to spin the little silver discs.
I output it to my Ayre  EX8 via AES/EBU cable which sounds a fair bit more detailed and lively than via its analog outputs.
Marc Cohn - S/T - On CD. The LP is currently too expensive to buy. Hopefully someday I'll find the MoFi LP for a decent price. It's a GREAT album......
@reubent

Agreed that some of these superb SQ albums are just too much.

Slaw recommended the 45rpm version of el camino by the black keys as being the bomb.
But at $80?
My listening does not run to that for one album.

But in a leap of faith for his recommendations I found a NM copy on Discogs for half price $40 shipped.

We will see.
First time I have played it GK and I thought that myself right away.

It really is very good indeed, makes me wonder if the vinyl could be even better?
Fresh Cream.

Cassette.

Not listened to this for decades it seems, forgot how good it truly is.
Thx Boxer.

Your musical tastes are eclectic to say the least .. Lol.

I maybe have heard of about third of the band's you play!

Either that or i am just getting old......
I actually saw Yes live when the released that one. They put on a good show!

Chalk Farm / Notwithstanding
Oysterhead / The grand pecking order
Les Claypool & Trey in the same band. Whats not to like
