Whats on your turntable tonight?

For me its the first or very early LP's of:
Allman Brothers - "Allman Joys" "Idyllwild South"
Santana - "Santana" 200 g reissue
Emerson Lake and Palmer - "Emerson Lake and Palmer"
and,
Beethoven - "Piano Concerto No. 4 in G Major" Rudolph Serkin/Ozawa/BSO
slipknot1
Neko Case "Fox Confessor Brings the Flood"

Over the years, I've come to think this is my favorite by her.
Eric Clapton - Just One Night.  This is a nice VG+ German pressing.  Lots of smokin' riffs from E.C.
"Mark Lanegan & Duke Garwood / With animals"

Boxer12: Anything Lanegan is good but have you heard he and Garwood's first collaboration, Black Pudding? Incredible sonics on that one. Also the Houston Demos vinyl has surprisingly first rate, natural production.
György Lehel conducts Bartók - Symphonic Poem "Kossuth" Sz. 75a, Bb 31 (1903) / Scherzo In C Major From Symphony In E Flat Major Dd 68, Bb 25 (1902) / Scherzo For Piano And Orchestra (1901). Magyar Rádió És Televízió Szimfónikus Zenekara. Hungaroton 1971, Hungary release
Steve - for a time, i lived down the street from Howard Leese, could hear him just shredding it in his converted horsebarn studio….ah the memories…circa 1994 ish….

He has some great riffs..

Rush....Permanent Waves
The Killers...Greatest hits
Paul McCartney & the Wings...Greatest hits

I appreciate the original albums and sometimes the greatest hits collections are so easy to listen to!
Szell conducts Debussy - La Mer & Ravel - Daphnis Et Chloé, Suite No. 2 / Pavane Pour Une Infante Défunte (Pavane For A Dead Princess). The Cleveland Orchestra. Odyssey reissue 1973, originally 1964. Radio station copy.
+1 Beth Orton. She sang Sisters of Mercy on a Leonard Cohen bio movie called I'm Your Man.
Yeah @tomic601, that's Jim Christie drumming on Lucinda's live album, a great player. I saw him live when he was in Dwight Yoakam's band, which he quit to work with Lucinda.
