What's in your CDP tonight? the minority report

I enjoy vinyl and digital (lately, with recent changes, vinyl actually sounds better than digital to me), BUT given what seems an overall preference for analog/vinyl on A'gon, I'm curious what the non-vinyl "1/2" is listening to. I tried to see if this was a previously posted question. Did not seem so.

This evening for me, it's Genesis (definitive edition remaster) "A Trick of the Tail".

Jazz Pistols  - live

Contemporary fusion out of Germany.  Great musicians.  A very tight outfit.  Love the guitar and bass tones in particular.  Worth checking 'em out.
Pink Martini - Splendor in the Grass    Seeing them live again in December.

Love Tori Amos...
Today, Muse, Greatist Hits, CD.
This truly a Greatist hits set. And this CD is recorded very, very well. Give your neighbor's a wake up call and spin this one.

jafant,I love Sade too. Seen her in concert a few years back and I still get goosebumps thinking about that show...

Tori Amos..."To Venus and Back"

I really enjoyed reading your article- escritorjuan.

I will further read more about your site. Happy Listening!
My review of the LampizatOr DSD Komputer music server includes a few of the favs I've been listening to lately:

That Jacky Terrasson and Cassandra Wilson recording is quite amazing!

Eagles, Long Road out of Eden. CD
The title track is recorded flawlessly! "Long Road out of Eden".

Also- Glenn Frey singing " It's your world now" is very uplifting.  Even if your not an Eagles fan these two songs are worth checking out.

Daniel Amos - Dig Here Said The Angel; Mr. Buechner's Dream

Sao Paulo Ska Jazz - self-titled

Thanks to Pokey77 for the Daniel Amos recommendation.

Just arrived. Greg Brown, COVENANT from Red House Records. Been searching for it for about 7 years. I heard 'Cept You and Me Babe' on the radio but I didn't know the title. I thought I had tried every combination possible in all the search engines in existence. Turns out I was wrong. Zimwig turned me on to Red House Records in the MUSIC YOU HATED BUT NOW LOVE thread.
quicksilver, happy trails. john cippolina was a vastly underrated guitar god, here doing bo diddly for an hour or so
TY- dpatterson

I will certainly check out the live Joni set.  Happy Listening!

Joni always good - how about Shadows and Light with Pat Metheny's band live.
Tonight will be:
Murcof - Martes

Les McCann Ltd. w/guest Joe Pass - On Time

Thanks to alexatpos for the recommendation.
aolrmd1241 - Good to hear from another Roy Buchanan admirer.  Thanks for commenting.  I envy you having seen him live.  For me, Roy, Rory Gallagher & (Mick Taylor?) make up a kind of trinity of "under-celebrated" guitarists.  [I guess I might be open to some discussion about the #3 spot].
