Too good to be buried in a thread.

One of my favorite songs of the past three decades, sung as a duet by a couple of fantastic sister singers:

For good measure, performed by the songs writer and his excellent band:

Music of this quality makes life tolerable.

Music to feel by. Thanks for reminding us how good music can be when done through heart and talent. My favorite of late is Allison Krause and Robert Plant / Raise the Roof.

I'm a big fan of Allison Moorer and I can't understand why her second album, "The Hardest Part" isn't considered a classic of country rock.

I get the music is subjective, but there's so much audio show type music in these threads and at actual shows. Someone needs to stop following the herd and play something like this. He has an outstanding voice.

@roadcykler -- I was blessed to have seen the mighty Ronnie James Dio numerous times in my formative teenage years and early adulthood.  First with Rainbow, then Black Sabbath, and, of course, Dio.  Loved every concert.  One of the greatest voices in Rock and Metal, and the power that came out of his diminutive body was unreal.  The Rainbow albums fronted by Dio get a regular workout on my stereo!

Here’s one of my favorites from the Rainbow "Rising" album.  That Cozy Powell drum opening always fires me up:

A lot of great voices especially with duets.  Something special about a female and male voice singing together especially when it’s well recorded.  Thanks for sharing.
