Tone arm holder fell off

I don’t know if anyone can answer this, but here goes anyway.
The very cheaply made little tone arm holder of my not so cheap Origin Live tone arm fell off and was just accidentally swept away by a feather duster. Looking at the way the holder was connected (before getting lost,) I didn’t see any way to reconnect it anyway.
Does anyone have a suggestion how to now stabilize the arm.

The part fell off while using it. The feather duster swept it away because I stupidly left it loose on the turntable and forgot. It is a flimsy part, and shouldn’t have fallen off so easily. I couldn’t figure out how to reattach it. It seems like a daunting and delicate job.

I can buy a new holder but have the same problem.

The arm rest/holder has one Allen bolt from the bottom.  So either the bolt fell out or someone is really heavy handed with the feather duster.  It sure doesn’t look like a cheaply made part at least on my table.  So I guess you will need the holder and the bolt.  I have had excellent service from Origin Live.

@fuzztone , I am not so sure about that. There have been quite a few complaints here on Audiogon.

I have owned many OL arms without any issues in this area, but spare replacement parts are available directly from the company.
