REL subwoofer 60 day Price Protection


I purchased a REL Acoustics subwoofer in June 2020.  They claim to have 60-day price protection.  In July 2020 they offered the same subwoofer at 100 dollars less.  I asked them to honor the price protection and credit the difference.  They did not even respond to my email requests.  Has anyone had a similar problem?  Anyone have a suggestion.  It is a very nice T/7i speaker.

Good. What action did you take to get the result? Or did they just act on your initial email?
I believe they are a good company, but short on staff.

Sad truth - companies are mostly dishonest these days....I guess they have to compete with the Chinese.
It wasn't like that when I was in my garden chair.
Go get them Tiger...they should honor there commitment .But did you read All the fine print ?
I would suggest that you place a phone call to them. That should also do the trick. Would be very interested if you follow up with the outcome.
