I purchased a REL Acoustics subwoofer in June 2020. They claim to have 60-day price protection. In July 2020 they offered the same subwoofer at 100 dollars less. I asked them to honor the price protection and credit the difference. They did not even respond to my email requests. Has anyone had a similar problem? Anyone have a suggestion. It is a very nice T/7i speaker.
Sad truth - companies are mostly dishonest these days....I guess they have to compete with the Chinese. It wasn't like that when I was in my garden chair.
