Qobuz does this same thing to me once in a while as well. Never on a desktop though, always the mobile app. It's just not the best app, which is a shame as their product is generally very good and arguably better than competitor Tidal in various ways. Glad you got it fixed though.
Qobuz will not work with new iphone
Thanks to all of you for the help! I really appreciate it. I did everything that was mentioned several times over the course of about 4 hours. Finally, I got to back to working. I did sign out on the app, delete the app, and restarted my phone. I actually did this numerous times but this last time I did it, it worked! Anyway, thanks again to all of you. Happy Holidays! |
If your Qobuz app on your new iPhone is only playing 30-second samples, even though you have a valid yearly subscription, it might be due to an account or app issue. Here are some steps you can try: 1. Verify Subscription: Ensure your subscription is active by checking your account status on Qobuz’s website. 2. Log Out and In: Try logging out of the Qobuz app and logging back in. AND, if needed, as noted above, Delete the Qobuz App and reinstall it. 3. Clear Cache: Clear the app’s cache if possible, as cache issues can cause playback problems. Also power down your iPhone completely, wait 2 minutes and restart it. 4. Contact QoBuz Support: You can reach Qobuz support via email at support-help@qobuz.com. I hope this helps. |
+1 @ghdprentice Delete the app and reinstall. It will clear all data and you will start fresh. Should resolve the issue. |
