Overdue goose bumps

It's been some time since the last time I discovered music that can trigger a decent emotional response. An album that was playing at the local Barns and Noble caught my interest the other day, so I bought it and took it home.

Man am I glad I did. This album has now been playing on repeat for a couple of days and last night I had one of the strongest emotional responses to track 8 (Lantern). Just had to share, check it out:

Josh Ritter: "So Runs The World Away"
bokfudo
The remake of can utility and the coastlines on Steve Hacketts genesis revisited cd just did it

The penguin cd version of Uranus from hosts the planets also just a bit ago.

Home from work today with time to listen and goosebump.

Suppers ready from the same Hackett cd now. Buckled in. That always does it. 🙏
Actually, some of my favorite bands took a while to get hooked on. Like PRIMUS. Did not like them at first, now I think they are the most awesome band ever.
New album by Celine Dion and Yoko Ono

Another CD that gives goosebumps is "Tears of Stone" by the Chieftains featuring Mary Chapin Carpenter, Diana Krall, Natalie Merchant, Joni Mitchell, Sinead O'Connor, Bonnie Ratt, Joan Osborne, Lorenea McKennitt and many other great female voices.
